We booked directly with you and were extremely satisfied with our choice.I would like to highly commend the following:Service and Staff: All employees (reception, animators, housekeepers) were incredibly polite, responsive, and professional. In particular, we would like to express our special thanks to the Front Office Manager and Michaela from the reception team! They were absolutely exceptional!Cleanness and Comfort: The rooms and common areas were kept in immaculate condition throughout our entire stay. Nice, clean hotel in a lovely resort area

We visited Albena and stayed in the Kaliakra Beach hotel in early October. We knew the weather would not be particularly sunny and that this was off season so a lot of the resort was closed with only about 4 hotels covering the off season trade.The hotel was lovely, it was spotlessly clean, our room overlooked the beach and had a balcony with chairs and table, the staff were generally nice, and friendly, though as there are a lot more German than British guests they often spoke to us in German.The food was very good for buffet food with a fairly varied selection from day to day, plenty of sweet treats and ice cream, we always found something we could eat, and with 2-3 hour dining times we didn't need to plan our days around specific meal times.The Tropical Mini Golf, situated one minute's walk from the hotel, is good fun. with an increasing difficulty of holes and although it had a lot of repairs it was actually in decent condition and we played most days during our stay.It was a lovely peaceful stay but if returning we would maybe go in September when it's still quieter but with slightly higher temperatures.There seem to be a few complaints about there being no sockets near the beds in the rooms. This is true but there are plenty of sockets available so we just charged our phones, buds etc when going down for meals or during the night so not sure why people have shown this as a negative as it doesn't affect the stay at all.Also one person has complained about paying 70 Leva for the taxi from and to the airport. I'd recommend prebooking a taxi, we did so with Booking.com, and the taxi was waiting for us when we arrived and was early picking us up and was only 32 Leva each way.

Its not 4 *hotel for sure ..They provaided for me and my mother room with marriage bed ,there are no electric sockets near bed ,there are 2 but in the hall 15 cm above the floor ,we had to wait 5 days to change the bulb in the room to have a light plus mini bar was empty when we arrived ..Those people are a bit dicriminating people other then Germans .Its for me low 3 star or 2.5 .other think we paid for room with sea view ..and our room had a view but for a drink bar at the ground floor ..Total disaster .
