  Good Hotel. Helped me to get an item I left behind in the room.

  Good hotel, what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.They have a small restaurant that provides late breakfasts after the main restaurant has closed.Dinner finishes at 9pm, which is early for a 5 star hotel - they should have a late dinner restaurant, like the late breakfast one.I left a valuable item in the room - Vladimir Radev (Guest Relations Manager) was extremely helpful in helping me to get it back.   I highly recommend this hotel; it is clean and very spacious, and the service is excellent. A huge thank you to the entertainment team (Eli, Eve, Wiki, Miro, and Stanlay)—they are the best entertainers I have ever met. Thanks to them, the nightly parties were a real pleasure. The only downside is the food—sometimes cold or lacking seasoning—but the hotel's entertainment is top-notch.   Best vacation at Melia Grand Hermitage

  We spent one week at Melia and we had such a great time! The rooms were very clean and spacious, food at the restaurant was amazing and different every day. We want to say a big thank you to Stenly, Miro, Vicky, Eva and Eli from the animation team! They were amazing and we had so much fun with them during all the activities they were doing! The night shows were also amazing! Our vacation was unforgetable and we are for sure coming back next year! O experien?a minunata ?i un personal extraordinar!Am avut o ?edere foarte placuta la Melia Grand Hermitage, iar ceea ce a facut aceasta experien?a cu adevarat speciala a fost profesionalismul ?i amabilitatea personalului hotelului.La plecare, din neaten?ie, am uitat la hotel un rucsac alb în care se aflau lucrurile fiicei mele. Am fost foarte îngrijorata, însa am primit imediat ajutor ?i suport din partea hotelului pentru a încerca sa recuperam lucrurile uitate.A? dori sa îi mul?umesc în mod special domnului Vladimir Radev, care a fost extraordinar de empatic, serviabil ?i prompt. A verificat situa?ia, a ?inut legatura cu mine ?i s-a implicat personal pentru ca lucrurile fiicei mele sa ajunga înapoi la noi. Pentru noi a însemnat enorm, mai ales pentru ca era vorba despre lucrurile unui copil.Este foarte reconfortant sa întâlne?ti oameni care nu î?i fac doar meseria, ci aleg sa ajute cu adevarat atunci când un oaspete are nevoie. Datorita implicarii domnului Vladimir ?i sprijinului oferit de hotel, am reu?it sa recuperam bunurile uitate.Îi mul?umesc din suflet lui Vladimir Radev pentru rabdare, empatie, promptitudine ?i pentru faptul ca s-a implicat atât de mult în rezolvarea situa?iei. A fost un gest care ne-a facut sa apreciem ?i mai mult hotelul ?i oamenii care lucreaza acolo.Recomand cu drag Melia Grand Hermitage ?i, în mod special, oamenii care demonstreaza ca ospitalitatea înseamna mai mult decât un serviciu bun — înseamna grija, în?elegere ?i omenie.Mul?umim, Vladimir!?????????? A wonderful experience and truly exceptional staff!We had a very pleasant stay at Melia Grand Hermitage, but what made our experience truly special was the professionalism, kindness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff.Unfortunately, at check-out, we accidentally left a white backpack at the hotel containing some of our daughter’s belongings. I was very worried, but the hotel immediately offered help and support in trying to recover the items we had left behind.I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Vladimir Radev, who was incredibly empathetic, helpful and prompt throughout the entire process. He checked the situation, kept in contact with me and personally helped make sure that my daughter’s belongings could be sent back to us. This meant a great deal to our family, especially because the belongings belonged to a child.It is truly reassuring to meet people who do more than simply perform their job — people who genuinely care and are willing to help when a guest is in need. Thanks to Vladimir’s involvement and the support of the hotel, we were able to recover the belongings we had forgotten.A heartfelt thank you to Vladimir Radev for his patience, empathy, kindness and prompt assistance. His involvement made a real difference to us and left us with an even greater appreciation for the hotel and its wonderful staff.We highly recommend Melia Grand Hermitage, and especially the people who show that true hospitality is about more than providing a good service — it is about care, understanding and genuine human kindness.Thank you, Vladimir!
