Location

The hotel is located on a beach, 2 km from Ozbor, and 60 km from Burgas and Varna Airports.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 310 rooms. English-speaking staff warmly welcomes guests in the lobby. A baggage storage service, a cash machine and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests.     Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff and services, very clean and quiet. An ideal place for relaxing and enjoying yourself at a natural beach, full of wildlife, with long sand beaches and crystal clear waters. The rooms are spacious and bright, the swimming pools are clean and beautiful.

    The Cliff Beach experience

    For starter, the price per night is too high compared to the quality of what you get. The rooms desperately need cleanup and some renovation because they are not well maintained. The walls were dirty and the curtains ripped, the bathroom wasn't well cleaned. The breakfast was good but not something exceptional for the money you pay. The staff was very passive and at times even grumpy. On the top of that, we recommend to take with you shower gel and shampoo because they never recharge the ones in the bathroom. Also the hotel restaurant doesn't work for lunch and the only option is to order a sandwich. During our stay in the beginning of September the hotel was empty, the beach bar and drink lounge were closed, so a lot of the commodities that they suppose to offer were not available. To reach "the beach at first line" is quite extreme adventure, because you need to walk trough unstable pathway with lots of stairs which are dangerous and not safe. We don't recommend to take the risk, especially with little kids and even if you reach it its not safe guarded. No lounge chairs or lifeguards.

    Fantastic experience from the first moment we arrived!!

    I spent 4 nights in The Cliff Beach and Spa resort with my girlfriend. We were very satisfied with the room, very stylish and home-feeling. The location of the hotel is awesome! Nearby beach which is lovely. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the breakfast is full of whatever you want to eat! All in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for everyone!

    Restaurant was terrible. Breakfast was very poor and the same was every day. Me and my husband have had better breakfast in Obzor.There were only a few choices in the restaurant dinner menu and in my opinion a bit overpriced. Service was not so good...The hotel is beautiful and modern and rooms are clean and large.We like the beach very muchBut in general this is not a 4 star hotel.

    We had an lovely apartment, with two bedrooms and two bath. We are a family on 4 with two teenage boys. Everything was clean, the hotel staff was polite and friendly. The food was fresh and very good both in the restaurant and in the pool bar where they served the best home made pizza and burgers. We stayed there for 10 days, and the hotel was fully booked. Even so it felt calm and relaxing. I would recommend it for both couples, family and friends.
