Location

This hotel is located just 30 m from the beach, in the Golden Sands resort, amongst the most beautiful natural scenery on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Guests will find the nearest bars, restaurants, nightspots and shops a 5-minute walk away (Golden Sands) and it is 500 m to the nearby aqua park. Further attractions in the surrouding area include Varna Dolphinarium and Varna Archaeological Museum (both 25 minutes by car) and the Botanical Gardens are a 50-minute drive. Cape Kaliakra is 2 hours away by public transport. The hotel lies 18 km from the city of Varna, 20 km from Varna Airport and 155 km from Burgas Airport.

Facility

5 suites and 104 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. Meals

The dining area includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We had a wonderful time in Palm Beach hotel! Hotel had a major face lifting and has a very positive vibe. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Food was just simple amazing definitely worth taking the all inclusive.Situated just by the beach and the promenade.We will definitely return when next time in Bulgaria!

    The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, right next on the beautiful beach with own sunbeds, tennis court, bowling and good restaurant.Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool. The manager lady was there all day long, also ready to help if needed, always with a smile. Food was good quality for all inclusive hotel, fresh juice and espresso coffee on breakfast, salads, meats, fresh pizza during lunch and dinner.In overall great choice for your summer holiday in Bulgaria.

    Well we had the most horrendous thunderstorm hit sunny beach and George was amazing,thank you my friend for moving us round to make sure we didn’t get too wet,customer service was amazing considering in the middle of a storm,food was served to us in between the break of weather and still George got us ladies a blanket when we got cold,thank you George for your friendless and great customer service and will be back when the weather is slightly better xxx

    We went with our children. The dancing and entertainment were fun and the staff there were friendly. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were also friendly. The staff were all good with children, which was really valuable for us.We enjoyed the beach with the hotel's umbrellas and sun chairs, the pool, the dancing, and had a good time bowling (although we weren't given the free single game, since that is apparently only if you stay for 7 days or more - which we learned when we went to get our tickets). The food was good, though mostly consistent each day. The hotel is on a strip with lots of shops and other activities.
