    Dated with cold food

    rating12 Sept 2026

OK, so I spent four nights with my brother. Our first impressions were that the hotel is dated, it's seen better days. The room was clean as was the bedding, but half the lighting didn't work, this was remedied by the maintenance person. The main gripe was the low quality cold food, we decided to eat out in the evening! The pool area was fine, although a rung was missing from the pool ladder, I did mention it, and was told to use the ladder at the deep end.Alex at the bar was a star, proper customer service. The man working the pizza station, microwaved my food when I told him it was cold! The beer and red wine was drinkable. The hotel has its own beach area, the walk from the hotel to it, is passed a poorly maintained tennis court on an uneven path, and the sun loungers have no mattress!I think this hotel is from the Soviet era and is not upto western standards.Needs closing for a complete refit.I did have a very good massage from Alina.I would not return.

Excellent Value for Money – Perfect for Families!

    rating11 Sept 2026

A very good hotel with an excellent value for money! It is located right on the beachfront, with a private beach just across the road. Sun loungers and the beach bar are included in the price, and there are even water slides on the beach for the children. The food and drinks are of very good quality. The entertainment is also excellent, with activities for children throughout the day and evening entertainment for adults.Another big advantage is that the hotel accepts pets under certain conditions and takes very good care of them. The hotel also offers special programs for guests who want to lose weight, eat healthier, or follow specific diets.Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children!
