  Lack of Compassion for a Sick Guest

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience at this hotel ended on a very disappointing note.During my stay I became seriously ill. The hotel staff knew about my condition, and one night I accidentally stained one of the bed sheets due to my illness. It was an accident, and I even removed the sheets myself to make housekeeping’s job easier.The next day, the hotel manager informed me that I had to pay €110 because the bedding was “ruined.” I politely asked why the stain could not be professionally cleaned and requested an explanation, but no evidence or documentation was provided.In the end, I paid the €110 because I felt I had no real choice. I also asked to see the damaged bedding, and the hotel gave me two bed sheets and one pillowcase. However, only one bed sheet was actually stained. I still don’t understand why I was charged for the entire bedding set when only one item appeared to be affected, and this was never properly explained.I completely understand that hotels need to protect their property, and I would have appreciated a fair and transparent explanation if replacement was truly necessary. Instead, I was left feeling that there was no empathy for a guest who had been ill and no willingness to justify such a significant charge.I hope the hotel will treat future guests with more understanding, transparency, and respect in situations like this.

Think Twice Before Using the Hotel Laundry ServiceOverall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Panorama Hotel.The staff at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the bar, were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They were truly wonderful ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable! Our Deluxe room was also excellent – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we had hoped for.The only thing that left us very disappointed was the laundry service. I ended up paying around €80 for one bag of laundry. To be fair, the lady at the reception did warn me that the service was expensive and even advised me to scan the QR code to check the prices. Unfortunately, I didn't do that.We had just arrived after a very difficult journey from Nessebar to Varna. My children were hungry, feeling extremely nauseous, and we had to go out immediately. On top of that, they had run out of clean socks and underwear. I simply didn't have the time to check the prices. And honestly, I never imagined they could be that high. I thought, "Okay, it will probably be expensive. Maybe around €25, which is already a lot for laundry." But €80? I never expected that.So I would like to warn future guests: if you decide to use the laundry service, make sure you check the prices beforehand. You are charged per individual item, not per bag, which can result in a very unpleasant surprise.

  System failure cost us €100

  I made a reservation at this hotel for two people. In the meantime, another friend decided to join us, so we upgraded from one room to an apartment. When we arrived, to my surprise, there was no reservation under my name, even though I had the confirmation in my email. I waited for 30 minutes while they tried to locate it, and during that time my friends were searching for a parking spot because in the hotel garage you must book in advance and costs 25 LEV per day.In the end, they made a new reservation under my friend’s name, and we paid. Two days later, they approached my friend (not me, the person who originally booked) asking for an extra €100 because they had finally found the initial reservation.This is not fair. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, I was ready to leave, but they insisted the issue was resolved so that we would stay at their hotel, only to ask for more money later. It wasn’t our fault, and it wasn’t entirely theirs either; it was the system’s failure.Such an bad experience overall.

  Its a little unfortunate that the Cleaning Personal is unable to speak English. The Breakfast is quite nice though, great variablity.

  Perfect sea view room

  Our sea view room was a great choice. The view was perfect, looking out at the Black Sea. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size, not cramped. The sofa was great to take advantage of the view. The only thing missing, was not having Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
