This is our second stay at the hotel. First time was a wonderful experience and we loved the place. This time it has changed tremendously. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. But the staff has changed and they are making our trip less than ok. There is not a single person to work here that will greet you with a smile or wish you a wonderful day. They are all grumpy and mad for some reason. Especially the restaurant crew! Those ladies are rude, unpleasant and simply mean. The breakfast has changed. It used to be the best breakfast I have seen on the black see. Now it’s just ok.The internet is awful. God forbid you have to work! Forget about it. And the parking lot has 7 spaces for the hotel, and they are the tiniest. You’ll be a pro if you get your car in and out without a scratch

Perfect location with a beautiful Black Sea view

We stayed at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel in Varna and really enjoyed its excellent location, just across from the Sea Garden and with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also within walking distance of the city center, which was very convenient.The breakfast was nice. The kitchen staff were not particularly welcoming. On the other hand, the front desk team was very kind, helpful, and professional. The spa area was quite crowded during our stay.Overall, the hotel is definitely worth it for the location, the lovely sea view, and the easy access to the Sea Garden and seaside. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Varna.

Another excellent stay in Varna

We stayed at the hotel in 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much so on returning to Varna we didn't look at any other hotels. We once again booked a Deluxe Sea View room for our 6 night stay as they have the most amazing views over the Sea Garden and had a room on the 6th floor. We took the 409 airport bus for only 2 lev each and it stops over the road from the hotel. The check in was smooth and the receptionist very friendly and professional. Breakfast is currently being taken in the lobby bar area while the Sea Garden Restaurant is being refurbished so it is a little cramped and quite busy but this is only temporary. I used the swimming pool and thermal spa a few mornings which I enjoyed but like last year I find the pool temperature a little chilly compared to other indoor hotel pools I have used. The hotel is just over the road from the Sea Garden and we were able to have plenty of walks in the park and it's only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre.Thanks once again for a wonderful stay.

A surprise trip to this super hotel

Lovely views, lovely location, friendly staff and great breakfast all contributed to a wonderful surprise event with my husband, son, daughter and partner and best friend and husband. A busy few days but still found time to relax in the spa and have a swim. Everyone enjoyed their stay at the hotel.
