  FABULOUS AND MORE.

  Just got back, 25th May, On arrival we were welcomed with welcome you are our 20th visitor in such a very Large hotel Their season had just started, The room I did expect was a 2 bedroomed but we were just happy with the views of the sea, so we made do,best food we've eaten in a long time, The Sweets Desserts looked and tasted amazing, and cleanliness of the hotel was room done every day. I would not say this is a 4 star, it need upgrading with the stars. I would give it 5 stars. Everyone I interacted with from the Reception. Outstanding, ,Bar staff, Dining room staff, Managers, and Cleaning were all polite, respectful and helpful. Even the Life guards, As this hotel is on the beach this hotel is Exceptional,, My grandaught aged 10yrs said it was Luxurious, thats good coming from her, The water park was not open, but we knew this,, They were all above and beyond helpful. There is a shuttle bus outside to go into town, Try it, its good.Anything you want whilst your stay is not hard for them and sorted out immediately.I have travelled all over the world and never rated a hotel like this. You will be pleasantly Surprised, Other comments say the food is repetitive, but as it is Lovely I wanted it again anyway, We arrived 2 of 20 people, we left with Hundreds arriving, There are 470 room in this hotel. Everthing you need or wanted on the All Inclusive deal. Not all Acholol was on the all incl like Baileys, but not a lot to pay, The hotel has an ATM for Euros but as it was the beginging of their season they are waiting for the banks to fill the machines up, not the hotels fault, Get the shuttle and go into town to the atm, But honestly if you are looking for somewhere to go this is the oneWe went with JET2 and Goergi the Rep also was amazing help, He also went above and beyond, Thank you Georgi.   We are here now, 4th day. Arrived 22nd May so still out of season, entertainment was a bit sleepy to begin with, but hotel is filling up fast and things are ramping up. This is going on my list of best resorts I've been to. Based on the amazing location (we can see the sea from our bed), best food we've eaten in a long time and cleanliness of the hotel, I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars. Everyone I interacted with was polite, respectful and helpful. I asked for extra pillows, they arrived straight away. We had an issue on check in because of the website we booked thru (zenhotels) but they got on the phone with each other and sorted it within 10 mins. The acquapark doesn't open until 1st June and the sea and pools are quite chilli as the weather has been mixed, but they have a small heated indoor pool for splashing around. Drinks are better than most all inclusive resorts I've been to, they make the cocktails properly in front of you, not from premade taps. And they serve them in nice cocktail glasses. The food is of high quality, any type of meat I tried, has been melting in my mouth. It's rare to find good meat in resorts, they normally overcook it and it's dry and stringy. Desserts don't just look good, they taste good as well. The only small minus is that the resort is in a small town so not a lot of bars or clubs around. I guess it depends on what you want outside the hotel. I'm here with family so I'm not that bothered about late night partying.   A good experience, nice and very clean place.Food was plenty and good diversity.Activities during the day can be improved but i think this was because the season just started.The personnel staff very nice and helpful.   My daughter cant wait to go back -what better sign for a great holiday hotel. Clean, safe, staff truly cares for guests.

  I rarely make reviews, but I think this one is worth the time as I know how difficult i may be to find a good location for a vacation with kids. Our daughter is almost 5 and we visited in summer 2025.The rooms: we had a room on the 6th floor, perfect size, all clean, amazing view, beds were comfortable and we had all what we needed.The food: we had "all inclusive" - while the main restaurant had a very good variety for the food I like that there were 3 additional restaurants (local bulgarian, italian and seafood) where one could dine and enjoy further diverse flavors. I must also say that the "all inclusive" food was of a high quality and we never felt it was "all the same" or boring (we have been also to Tenerife where one could taste/see that most of the food was pre-made frozen). The hotel: I will use here one word CLEAN - s this shocked me in a good way. Its a big hotel and one would almost expect to see a mess here and there as its also full of kids - but no - impressively clean, spotless - even in the restaurant where food drops or around the pools. Other facilities: we did not really use the swimming pools as we mostly stayed at the beach - which is just a step out of the door, but we went to the kids club where there were various activities every day for the kids and my daughter just loved it.The staff: maybe I shall I have put this first! Everyone was smiling, kind and caring - Nadya - the quality manager puts all her heart in what she does.
