    English do not go. Full of Germans and Russians. Rooms awful and cramped. Shower was flooded all the time. Toilet would not flush. Just wanted to go home as soon as we got there. Staff could not even understand our language. Don't go!!! Worst holiday ever. Hotel is a dump. I tell it like it is Scouser.

    Please please don’t book this hotel! Staff are all related & if you complain they make you feel unwelcome! Food disgusting when there’s any left! Desserts were biscuits from the local shop! The Bulgarians were lovely people & other restaurants great! Locals laughed when we told them where we were staying! This place should be condemned!

    Were do I start about this dump .the room was poorly maintained, loose plug sockets on walls that sparked, shower head was minging, the bed was uncomfortable creeked every time you moved.the all inclusive package is poor, food all ways cold ,if you wanted a cup of tea you had to buy your own milk the only time they would put milk out was in the morning ,some of the staff were rude and ignorant and if you got up to get a drink they would take your plate away even though you had'nt finished eating ,I even complained about a young lad that put is hand in a salad try full of chopped tomatoes and fetta cheese and started eating from the tray and the staff did nothing. The hotel needs closing down .

    we stayed here for just two nights thank god last week and when we arrived to our room my bed had been made but at a closer look under the blanket i came across dried sick on my bed and all over the wall behind the bed frame and someones dirty under wear,when i reported it all we got is very rude staff and just chucked us a key for another room,this place is really bad and filthy and its a real faulty towers .the cleaners never did any cleaning around the hotel and the food is disgusting .our room was old and looked liked its never been cleaned and the mattress and towels was covered in long hairs
