    System failure cost us €100

    I made a reservation at this hotel for two people. In the meantime, another friend decided to join us, so we upgraded from one room to an apartment. When we arrived, to my surprise, there was no reservation under my name, even though I had the confirmation in my email. I waited for 30 minutes while they tried to locate it, and during that time my friends were searching for a parking spot because in the hotel garage you must book in advance and costs 25 LEV per day.In the end, they made a new reservation under my friend’s name, and we paid. Two days later, they approached my friend (not me, the person who originally booked) asking for an extra €100 because they had finally found the initial reservation.This is not fair. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, I was ready to leave, but they insisted the issue was resolved so that we would stay at their hotel, only to ask for more money later. It wasn’t our fault, and it wasn’t entirely theirs either; it was the system’s failure.Such an bad experience overall.

    Its a little unfortunate that the Cleaning Personal is unable to speak English. The Breakfast is quite nice though, great variablity.

    Our sea view room was a great choice. The view was perfect, looking out at the Black Sea. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size, not cramped. The sofa was great to take advantage of the view. The only thing missing, was not having Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

    The hotel is with great location near the Sea port. There is a lot of restaurants and bars. The room was with amazing sea viw, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff was great and the breakfast was delicious! Was very clean, with garage for the car. Im strongly recommend it!

    Beautiful view but cost-plus ..plus 30 leva, parking is not suitable for sports cars with low guard, parking costs 20 leva per day, Swedish buffet breakfast, large room, wide bed..3💥...maximum ! Total price for one night with parking 210 leva, 105 Euro! Quite expensive for the conditions offered
