The hotel is located on the corner of Street 228 (Monivong Boulevard), in the centre of the embassy, business, club, restaurant, shopping, banking and resort zone of the town. It is just 15 minutes' drive from the Phnom Penh International Airport.

Facility

3 junior suites, 2 suites, apartments, 9 single rooms and 59 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, room service, a laundry service and a business centre.
