    The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, beautiful palm trees, good breakfast, nice although shallow swimming pool among the plants, nice and large room. The surroundings are very Cambodian suburbs, little houses and a hundred stalls and food street shops, dentists (!), car mechanics.The airport is not far but with the traffic that normally exists it takes about 15-20 minutes.The unacceptable thing is that after having paid for the room for a week in advance they forced me to repay it as soon as I arrived after 18 hours of travel on a Saturday evening otherwise they wouldn't let me in. Absurd explanations in Anglo-Cambigian, money not yet arrived, we no accept money before only at arrival... on Monday many exchanges of messages with my agency who didn't know what to do because she thought it was paid with their credit card. In the end I got my money back from the agency. If I didn't have the money with me for the whole week upon arrival I would remain on the Cambodian road in the evening in the rain.Unacceptable. Despite my all paid except local tax voucher, and my prayers in the meantime to let me into the room and then clarify with the agency.The clientele seems almost exclusively Chinese, perhaps they have other habits.In short, if you go there, don't pay first!     Great location close to the airport for early morning flights. Room was lovely and spacious with pool access. A nice place to walk around and stretch in the evening, even played ping pong. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was so so.
