    Very tired communal areas. Very dirty with bird facial on top floor level. Broken tiles, pool area dirty with no where to sit or even lie down. Room OK at best. Location OK.In summary, OK if you're on a budget. If not. Book somewhere else to avoid disappointment.

    I contacted them ahead of time to get a pickup at the airport. There was a charge for it. There was NOBODY there when I arrived. Ended up taking a taxi. Got to the hotel and he did not accept credit cards. We then had to go past the airport to a exchange place. And he charged me for the whole thing. Room was clean. Put the shower on hot and it was warm. There is not elevator. Room has only a TV. Asked for a wake up call and did not get it as the phone was not plugged in. They did come to the room and knock on door for wake up knock! I did do a day tour thru them. I found out that most businesses do NOT take credit cards. CASH only. And they love USD.

    Low quality . Old destroyed furniture, dirty pool ( not cleaned the 3 day we were there) water running from toilet and sink, dirty shower, food you can make better yourself. Not enough toilet paper, so we had to find it ourselves This is NOT a 4 star hotel.

    Too bad experience, I stay here for 3 nights. My room had smell and too many cockroaches.Wifi not worked,breakfast very poor. Swimming pool dirty green can not swim. Staff at the restaurant not nice,not undestand English so I could request anything for my breakfast. Never visit again too bad hotel.
