    Not worth $120/night — feels more like a condo than a proper hotel. At this price, you can get a true luxury 5-star experience elsewhere in Phnom Penh. The facilities are old and in need of renovation. Breakfast is very limited with only a few à la carte items, and service was slow. Room was clean but basic, lacking amenities you'd expect at this rate. Overall, disappointing and not what I expected.

    Great place to stay when in Phnom Penh, great clean building and rooms. It is also well located. Staffs are extremely polite and helpful. Amenities inside room is also amazing. It is located in the BKK location and about 5 minutes tuktuk away from AEON shopping mall .

    Our group had a great stay here. The suites were large and well appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool and bar were a great place for breakfast and evening drinks and a swim overlooking the city. I would stay again and recommend.

    I booked for a 3-bedroom suite good for 6 pax but we were 8 in group so we paid additional 25$ each for excess person. We were also advised to deposit 100$ upon check-in. (But no one advised me thru email or call from hotel or Agoda. Good thing we had cash. I don't know if the deposit is mandatory to all kind of bookings to them.)Room was spacious and have laundry area too. Complete kitchenette available for use. However, 1 AC need some cleaning coz air coming out is useless, super hot! Some light bulbs are busted also.Pool and Bar area is on the 13th floor. Water is clean. The view from it was nice also. I hope they put more signage around the pool area for reminder since it's a rooftop pool. Upon check-out, the hotel was very strict about cleanliness. We were charged 21$ for a bathroom rug STAIN that they cannot remove! AMAZING! (We got the rug for memorabilia. 😂)So if you will book in this hotel, inspect all the towels or rugs before using it, look for stains, or might as well bring your own if you don't want to be charged.I do hope their policies was clearly explained on the booking sites. Btw, the hotel phone number in Agoda is wrong. No one answers. Google their hotel name and you will find the correct contact numbers. 😉Overall, 7.7/10 rating.

    We normally spend our New Year's Eve at home with the family over a sumptuous dinner, this year we made it different so we booked a 3 Room Suite a day before the last day of the year. The Suite has everything you need already - except for your ingredients of course (which you can actually just buy in a grocery opposite the building) how good is that, right?We prepped some of our New Year favorites for our appetizers and Samgyeopsal for our mains. When we're all stuffed, we stayed at the rooftop bar where we reveled our way with beautiful drinks and cocktails as we watch the city's firework display. Definitely an experience to remember.(The only not-so-good part of our stay was the AC of 1 of the rooms is not working, probably needs maintenance)
