Location

This hotel is ideally located for both tourists and business travellers, being surrounded by the Kandal market, shops and excellent restaurants and also close to all major banks. Phnom Penh International Airport is some 10 km from the establishment.

Facility

The hotel has 8 suites, 28 single rooms and 40 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     2nd time staying here. Great location, large rooms, clean and very helpful counter staff. only shame is this time major construction going on next door so very noisy from 8am but hotel had informed us beforehand. its literally 5 min walk to Kaiser coffee / pastries, 4P Pizza, 1 minute walk to La Croissette, 30 seconds to riverside.

    The worst service. I prepaid a month in advance a Ohana Resistance room with Balcony WITH RIVER VIEW , the ONLY room in this hotel room 606 ... was a bait and switched.. I was not given the room that I had prepaid ,instead was given a regular Delux .... NO COMPENSATION, NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE .... The reason given to me was someone else is in Room 606... HOWEVER I HAD PREPAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE FOR ROOM 606 ALREADY...THE MANAGEMENT REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT BY ME .DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! BAIT AND SWITCHED

    A good start to your day is when you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from the hotel's rooftop restaurant while watching tai chi practitioners on the riverbank or the golden roofs of Khmer temples. From here, it's a short walk to the sights or Tonle Sap, where the promenade is bustling with life on Saturday nights. The hotel's furnishings are sophisticated, with a local musician sometimes playing a local instrument to create the atmosphere, and the staff is kind and helpful. The room was a decent size and clean. The only oddity is the glass wall in the bathroom, but we've seen this in other Khmer hotels.

    Stayed here for 3 nights from 22nd February to 25th February, and overall the experience was very pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to the Royal Palace and the night market, which made it convenient to explore the area.I only had breakfast at the hotel during my stay. It was okay but nothing exceptional, and the setup is almost like a self-service style breakfast.The pool at the lobby level is very good, and it’s a nice place to relax. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made the stay more enjoyable.Currently, there is construction work happening near the property, but it was not much of an issue as they stop work by 7 PM every day, so it did not disturb me at all.The reception staff were very friendly and always helpful. One evening , I had booked a tour through a travel agency near the hotel, but the pickup van did not arrive on time. The front desk staff immediately contacted the tour operator and helped resolve the issue quickly, which I really appreciated.Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great location and helpful staff

    Cheap and Basic for One Night

    👍 Nice location by the Riverside promenade in town. Cheap stay. Beautiful views of the Riverside and Tonle Sap/Mekong rivers from the roof. Both a hot AND cold jacuzzi up there.👎🏼 Access on Saturday or Sunday evenings is dreadful due to the road closure to traffic. We had to lug our baggage a long way from the nearest drop off point to the hotel. It had a tired feeling about it with lots of the decor, carpeting, equipment and facilities needing a good refurbishing. Very noisy on weekend nights. Western breakfast food was disappointing for Western palettes. Happy hour drinks are bare minimum and pretty watered down.
