    I have never seen a hotel as irresponsible as this one. We rented for three nights, and almost half of that time there was no water in the pipes at all. What's more interesting is that there was no one available to respond to us. Please do not choose this hotel.---

    Avoid!The property is opening from the back part of a supermarket :DAnd furthermore is totally different from how it looks on Booking.com.The room was dirty (disgusting), windows did not close, also we had to 'play' a lot with the door until it got closed.Luckily we did not have to pay at the arrival.We went down to tell these and ask for other room. The lady was not even suprised, also she was not nice at all. They guided us to a different room - with same conditions.Left immediately. Looked for an other property, tried to find our way. Next morning wanted to write a review and report to Booking, but she cancelled my booking with a 'No-show'... this is outrageous...

    - Stained bed sheets (large yellow patch in the middle of the duvet cover.- 3 rats running around the hallway- Rude staff- Big hole in the mattress cover - Rooms stank - No window like advertised - Just go somewhere elseOnly the location is good

    On Booking.com one can see very clean and cool rooms, while the on site reality is something else. Very dirty room (see photos), including windows not closing property and pidgen poo all over near the windows.We make a claim at the reception and they tried to offer us another room. Same quality as the first one. We end-up not paying (luckily they ask us to pay at the end only) and moved away from that place. Horrible experience, please AVOID it all the aways.By far the worst experience in Camdodia.

    Well start with, i liked the RS 2 photos so booked accordingly. Now of course I'm not going to get the pictured room, but i expected similar. This where it went down hill. They said "rooms not ready sir" so put me in RS 1. Same same. Well nah, not in my opinion. I pushed for a discount like any good traveller and they gave me $2 off ??. Otherwise bathrooms tiny for tiny ppl. Location is gold tho. Good luck!
