    Located in a nice quiet street. Grand yet cozy colonial type architecture. Lovely decor. Second time staying in WM Suite. Spacious and well appointed. Fair value. Clean room and facilities.     Stayed here for 7 nights due to flight cancellations and it was a good choice.I had previously stayed here some 12/13 years ago.The rooms are huge and very well presented,as is the bathroom.Excellent choice of breakfast with great coffees.Really nice pool area.All staff were delightful,especially the main man from Siem Reap!     This is our 2nd visit to this hotel. Our 1st stay was for just one night. This time we stayed 5 nights. Very nice boutique hotel in Phnom Penh.
