    The reception/ restaurant area suggested great things. The chalets were spacious but new and purpose built not my kind of thing at all but functional. A lack of TLC generally let it down especially the pool area! My husband cleaned the shower heads by the pool! As in other hotels generally in Cambodia, bed linen is not great and synthetic pillows do not help when it’s humid!!! It did have a/c though. The menu was limited and couldn’t get want we wanted even though it was on the menu. We ended up getting our driver to pick us up and take us into town to eat! While we usually like quiet out of the way places, this was not great. Too much concrete around the grounds spoilt the effect! Staff as ever were lovely and doing their best. Cambodia has a long way to go to match up to other Asian countries such as Borneo and India!     Nice enough but let itself down in a few areas

    A weird sort of place. It looks quite luxurious, and the rooms are quite well appointed in terms of amenities. But the bed linen is not great and our chalet had a lot of ants.The main rreception area contains the restaurant. It may have been because we were close to the end of the season, but there weren't many guests around and staffing seemed limited. Ordering food from the restaurant is a bit of a nightmare as some of the items we asked for were out of stock (e.g. coke zero, avacados, spring rolls) and never came back into stock during our 3-night stay, even though there is a very busy market just up the road. Plus, it takes a while for the food to arrive. When it does arrive, however, it's quite good. We ordered room service one night and they forgot to bring cutlery, but again the food was good.All-in-all, you'll be OK here but it's just not very well run.     Nice but far away from town

    We spent a couple of days in Sen Monorom to visit the EVP Elephant Project and to see the waterfall and the forest sea. KNN looks nice in the photos, and that’s about it. It’s not a luxury accommodation, but it’s decent. We stayed in one of the cottages near the reception. The room was average in size, and the bathroom had a quirky heater for the shower water.Although we spent three weeks travelling around Cambodia and had gotten used to very stiff beds, this one took the prize. It was like sleeping on wood. If you have back problems, consider yourself warned. Breakfast was okay, with lots of fresh fruit and a chef preparing omelettes, but the bread selection was poor.Besides the wooden bed, the biggest issue with this hotel is the location. Unless you have your own transportation, you will pay dearly for tuk-tuks. There is no GRAB service in Sen Monorom, and a one-way ride costs about 5 USD. We got the room for a good price but ended up spending almost as much on transportation. I doubt I will return to Sen Monorom, but if I do, I would stay in town where there are several decent guesthouses.     KNN Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and unwind. The location is calm and surrounded by nature, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained.The staff at the resort were very polite and helpful, which made the stay comfortable. The food was tasty and served fresh, with a good variety of options.
