    4 night stay was very comfortable and full kindness and ease of servicesAll services are very warm and up to the mark The staff Ms Vichera,Piscesn,Try,Liza,chef and Sna are very helpful and sweet .     Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were outstanding throughout my stay. The rooms are very spacious and spotless, and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. Everything has been maintained to a very high standard, which made the stay even more comfortable. A special shout out to Kim, who looked after me from check-in and continues to make sure everything is perfect during my stay — truly excellent service and hospitality. The little touches really made a difference too: free fruit bowl, complimentary scarf, cold towel, and a refreshing drink on arrival. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was definitely needed as I was genuinely surprised by the excellent service provided. Unfortunately I’m only here for 3 nights, but I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!     Sally, Kim and the whole team are outstanding. They welcome you with genuine care and kindness. Our two boys 14 & 10 yr old loved the pool area and the staff. The hotel is a great size not too big which makes it more comfortable and your individual needs are cared for. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping is fantastic 👏 Great value for money, we enjoyed our 4 days here. Located in perfect spot to walk to Pub Street, everything you need walking distance.
