Facility

6 suites, apartments and 94 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms

    Good hotel, but could do better

    This is quite a comfortable hotel but strange in some ways. Our room was on the ground floor but we had to walk along a number of corridors to get to it with alcoves with stored chairs and furniture which seemed a bit out of place. These corridors should have been filled with rooms.The room was comfortable and spacious, but quite a few touches were really needed to make it perfect. Loose toilet seat, shower with water that runs out so little that you have to hug the wall to even wet yourself, doubtful cleanliness etc. Our travelling companions were put in the next room. Both the sink and shower poured water onto the floor and they had to be moved to another room. So room maintenance doesn't seem to be a priority for the hotel.This seems to be an overall theme to everything in Cambodia, perhaps due to their interpretation of Buddhism where, I have been told, you live for today and don't worry about tomorrow, so very little saving and planning for the future. So the title "good hotel, but could do better" seems quite appropriate.

    Our first visit to Cambodia was nice a few years ago that's why we went back again this time but everything was from ok to worst. Starting with the City Angkor Hotel, the room was dirty, not to mentioned that the shower curtain was disgusting!! The service was also terrible, I asked for extra bath towels and it took me 2 calls and still didn't get it!!! When I asked for a manager, he suddenly isn't available. What a excuse!!

    This hotel is very good service while I'm visited at Siem Reap. The Room is good with comfortable feeling and with the service of hotel are friendly, smile with guest and have feeling smell good in this hotel.

    i had been visited in siem reap for 2 couple days, i stayed in hotel in central of siem reap. i stayed in double room , it was nice , the picture of room look like i saw in website. it is like new hotel. the staff is friendly. at reception is huge space , the breakfast is good , but it close 9:00. we can use WiFi in restaurant to chat with friends and also room too. Nice & Good!

    We stayed at City Angkor hotel for our school break vacation. Since there was heavy rain, we didn't want to go out so we gave the hotel resturant a try. We didn't expect what we are having at all, their Khmer foods is the best!! I ordered Khmer soup (Som lor ma ju krueng -Chicken) I tasted the sour flavor and fresh herbs with some morning glory which is totally healthy and delicious . The fresh spring rolls and Bror Hok Ling are also another must try.Plus, their salad is organic as well. I must say that I have discovered a treasure in Siem Reap and must definitely go back again for real Khmer food :)
