    The hotel is located quite far from the center, which has its benefits, and it will take you a 20 mins walk or 5 mins ride to get there. The room is big and spacious but could be cleaner and looks kind of old. To be honest, the whole hotel could use a renovation, as it looks like it was built 20 years ago and nothing has changed. Breakfast is really poor and lack a lot of options. Also worth mentioning that our room was not cleaned for 2 days and after we asked the staff why, they simply said they have a loot of rooms to clean and maybe did not have time for our room.On the positive side, the staff is nice, although it is quite difficult to communicate with some of them in English. The two swimming pools were also nice and chill.     Spent 3 nights at the hotel and it was hit and miss. Some excellent parts and some very poor parts lead to my mid range score. Location is good if you are looking for a quiet stay and don't mind walking in the heat for 15mins or so, otherwise will be paying $1-$2 each time to and from the city for a tuk tuk. I would also recommend paying a few extra dollars and opting for a pool view over the garden view, which is really a wall with some plants.Hits:*Amazing lady at reception(Think her name was Sok), very cheery, hardworking and helpful, who tries her best to accommodate your needs.*Two beautiful pools to enjoy after a long day of temple hopping*Amazing foot massage from Macy at the spa, so relaxing!*Room was very spacious Misses:*Extended my stay by booking an additional night on booking.com.which the property cancelled. I believe it is so they avoid paying commission, then charged me a higher rate even though I had explained to reception twice that booking.com is better for me.*Booked a bus to Phnom Penh via night staff, was told the $17US included a pick up. When I followed up the following morning, tickets had not been booked and I was charged for a tuk tuk to the bus station.*Communication between staff seems to be poor, and some language barriers with English.* Toilet and bath had a yellow ring around and appeared to have not been cleaned thoroughly/something leaking.     This image effectively captures the essence of not only the hotel but also the entire city and country. It exudes an overall dilapidated and below-average quality. Our stay at this hotel lasted for a month, costing around 650 euros, and although our sleep was satisfactory, there were numerous shortcomings. Despite actively searching for other hotels within the same price range, none of them were satisfactory. However, due to the comfortable sleep we experienced, we decided to stay. If we had come across a more respectable option, we would have immediately left. The advantages include a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, as well as reasonably comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness.     Lovely hotel with two pools clean rooms and helpful staff! Had a foot massage in the spa which was thoroughly welcomed after all the walking round the temples.Would highly recommend our Tuk tuk driver Mr thearo who collected us from the airport. On the way to the hotel he did a detour and took us Phnom Bakheng Temple to watch the sunset! Over the next few days he couldn’t do enough for us and took us to all the sights and the best food restaurants that we would never of found!     We had a nice room with pool access, clean and tidy. Silent during night times.The best part was driver Dara, who happened to pick us up from the airport. He was very professional and spoke quite good english, We hired him for every trip, also to the sight-seeing spots during our week of stay.
