    Great Vibe - well located poshtel. Facility exceeded my expectations. My room was well laid out and for a change included a safe - tv - tea coffee facilities and a fridge. Room was well serviced daily and the staff at the desk were excellent - helpful and knowelegeable

    Mixed Feelings - Great Ambience but disappointing service

    The environment is vibrant and welcoming, but during my 5-night stay, I experienced clear differences in how guests are treated. As an Asian guest (a Malaysian who has lived in Cambodia for 3 years), I noticed staff treated me differently compared to Western guests.When I used local QR payment at the bar, staff’s attitude noticeably changed. Yet when I used a credit card, the reaction was different again. It’s not all staff — mostly some of the night shift team, both male and female.At reception, I once arrived at the same time as a white guest, and the staff naturally served them first without acknowledging me.This kind of treatment is disappointing, especially in such a nice hotel. If you’re considering staying here, just be aware — there are places where service may be more consistent. That said, the hotel itself is well-designed and has potential.
