This resort warmly welcomes guests in Siem Reap.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts are offered banana boat rides. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, billiards and aerobics. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available in the wellness area. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. Alcoholic beverages are available.

    Perfect oasis of a hotel in Siem Reap

    We stayed here for 2 nights this February, as a base to visit the Ankor Wat complex whilst exploring Cambodia and then Vietnam. This city hotel really had the wow factor, partly because it had such a tropical feel - it was so "green and jungly" for such an urban location! Staff were very professional and efficient and we were greeted with welcome drinks and a fruit bowl in the room. The hotel's location is excellent, on the river and quiet, but only a 10min walk to Pub St, or a very quick tuk tuk ride. Our Deluxe Garden View room 073 on the 2nd floor (note there is no lift in the hotel but staff will carry luggage) was lovely with quality amenities. It had a view over the roof gardens and the very attractive rooftop bar of the hotel - which was a great spot for a Happy Hour cocktail! Just wished we had had more time to enjoy it.The pool was also great for cooling off after tours. It's surrounded by foliage and frequented by butterflies and birds, despite being enclosed by the hotel buildings. You could get drinks and excellent bar food there too. Breakfast was good with egg and noodle stations and plenty of buffet options and star were really on the ball - my husband had his fastest served latte here:-) On the morning we were being picked up very early for our Ankor Wat tour, they arranged a picnic breakfast to take with us, which we picked up from the night receptionist at about 4am! Tip - this comes in a big wicker basket, so allow time to decant this into your own bag, as you don't want to take more than you need out with you.We would highly recommend this hotel for stays in Siem Reap. Our only regret was not having booked for 3 nights!     What a great spot! Location right on the river and 10 minute walk to Pub Street area. My room was fantastic, the spa and rooftop bar (with fun live music) were both great, and the staff were consistently so incredibly sweet and friendly. As a solo traveler I really value being able to chat with staff wherever I am and they always made me feel so welcome and we had plenty of conversations and check ins throughout the days. There are so many options here that look good but I would just stay here again. It was lovely!     AMAZING hotel! I don’t often leave reviews but this place is outstanding and I had to show my appreciation for their perfect customer service. These guys know how to treat their guests and the whole hotel is impeccable. I can’t fault a single thing. I’ve stayed in a lot of places around the world and I think is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. ALL the staff were so polite, friendly and attentive. They couldn’t do enough for me. Food was great. The rooms and hotel grounds are cleaned to a perfect standard. It’s a great location and I can highly recommend to anyone. Also Siem is a great city and caters to all travellers.     Lovely hotel with great service and staff.

    A lovely hotel across the road from the river, the accommodation was in a comfortable, roomy bungalow which was handy for reception, and close to the outdoor pool and the charming rooftop restaurant/bar. We stayed for 2 nights while we did the usual tourist routine of visting the plentiful local Temples, so the days were long, warm and fairly physically demanding, so by the time we got back to the hotel in the evening, we were tired. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, the bathroom was excellent and the hotel laundry was very good value for money. The standard of service throughout was excellent - nothing was too much trouble - and the staff in the rooftop restaurant (Rath and her team Phalla and Lisa) were lovely and great fun. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere to the place. Our itinerary meant that we had little to no time to explore the surrounding area, but we had everything we needed at the hotel itself. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in the Seam Reap area.
