Location

The hotel is located in heart the city of Siem Reap, 100 metres from the Old Market, a popular place for foreigners to relax after visiting temple ruins. There is Pub Street with its restaurants and souvenir shops at the Night Market and Old Market. The local bus station is around 300 m away and Siem Reap International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 6 km.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 61 rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, billiards, a spa and massage treatments.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a café, a bar and a pub. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner is served as à la carte. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    I had an exceptionally frustrating experience booking with Royal Crown Hotel & Spa through Booking.com in Siem Reap. After making an honest mistake and booking for December 2–6 instead of my planned January 2–6 trip, I noticed my error within 12 hours and immediately explained it, requesting a rebooking. Despite this prompt action, the hotel staff were rude, totally unaccommodating, and entirely unreasonable.Throughout the process, my efforts to communicate and fix the booking were ignored. The hotel ultimately declined any attempt to adjust my reservation, hiding behind rigid policies rather than showing basic hospitality or flexibility. Many hotels will try to help if a genuine error is reported quickly—even when availability exists—but Royal Crown treated me as if I was trying to take advantage, rather than as a valued guest.The lack of responsiveness and curt rejection, without any dialogue or compromise, made the experience even worse. There was no acknowledgment of my prompt explanation nor any goodwill gesture like partial credit or a modified rate—only cold refusal. This attitude stood in stark contrast to the hotel’s advertised friendly and attentive service, exposing the reality behind their guest experience.Given that Royal Crown Hotel & Spa partners with a global platform like Booking.com, I expected straightforward communication and a willingness to resolve simple errors quickly. Instead, their stonewalling and rigid “no changes” stance left me stuck with an unchangeable, unused booking, despite acting immediately and reasonably. For a property that claims polite and helpful staff, this behavior is hypocritical and falls far short of basic hospitality standards. If your stay hits a snag, be warned—you’re likely to encounter indifference or a flat refusal to help, regardless of how promptly you report an honest mistake.     Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff

    A very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone from concierge who booked our tours to the restaurant staff, reception staff, door people, cleaning crew, and spa staff were great. We really enjoyed our massages. Phally had a great personality and was really fun to be around. Even though I did not receive a massage from her, my wife did and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Au Phea, who traveled 1 hour on a scooter to give me a foot massage was amazing. She checked on me countless times and was so much fun as well. My last massage by Ma S felt great and is very skilled applying just the right amount of pressure. The hotel is nicely appointed with 2 pools. There are bicycles to rent, laundry services, barista coffee, and many other amenities. It was low season, so everything was 20% off! What a deal. If we return, it will be to this hotel! Thank you all for making this visit truly memorable!

    Excellent location to old town , loved our large rooms , friendly staf and we had a taxi driver who was AMAZING !! Please request PANN PON . We was our driver for the tours ,very in imformative on temples and history knew of best places to park n walk and had cold water and towels aftr every walk . The best guy !! Temples will take your breath away !

    A beautiful hotel in Siem Riep!

    This is an excellent base to explore Siem Riep. We could walk everywhere within town. There is a desk inside the hotel that can arrange visiting Angor Wat. Our room was clean and spacious with A/C. The hotel buffet breakfast was generous and freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and spoke english very well. We wouldn't hesitate returning to this beautiful hotel.

    The staff are friendly and helpful speak great English and know there guest even though it is a big hotelI enjoyed there 2 great pools so refreshing after a hot day with plenty of clean pool towels The rooftop bar is so inviting I tried there piza and it was freshly made with lots of topping The rooms are large and spotlessly clean with great air con all hallways are brightly lit and super clean when you walk around the staff automatically greet you I am so happy I will stay again in February
