From the moment we arrived for our 5-night stay, we were blown away by the incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. The entire team truly exemplifies "service with a smile," making us feel so welcome throughout our entire trip.​We want to give a very special shoutout to Daren, who went completely above and beyond to arrange a beautifully special room for our honeymoon. It added such a thoughtful, personal touch to our celebration that we will never forget.​If you are looking to unwind, you absolutely must see Kimvon she gave me the most amazing foot massage that melted all my stress away. We also want to highlight Daryl and Leakhana, who both provided consistently wonderful and prompt service whenever we had a request, always delivering it with incredible warmth.​The impeccable service combined with the charming boutique vibe left us feeling genuinely and deeply relaxed.     One of the nicest hotels I've been to. The staff are super helpful. Very peaceful place. Walk to pub street with several restaurants, bars and shops.     Three night stay, overlooking the main pool, which is amazing.The rooftop pool is even better and half the fun is finding it but once you do it id do tranquil.Staff very helpful and polite and breakfast served alongside a buffet.Would recommend Muy MEAN, Sales at Sarai And Wander Resort, responded to this review Thank you for your lovely review!     Sarai and Wander was an absolute dream! Cannot say enough great things about this hotel—from the wonderful staff that will meet every request and goes above and beyond to make every guest happy, to the delicious freshly made breakfasts every morning, 2 pools that are very relaxing, delicious dinner specials at the Goat Tree restaurant, clean and lovely rooms. I had the most relaxing and stress free stay of my life at this hotel and I cannot wait to come back!     Lovely hotel; just as it was pictured!

    I fell in love with the picture of the hotel and thankfully, it met my expectations when i checked in. The hotel was lovely. As soon as I walked in, I saw the pool. The staff was very friendly. They arranged a box breakfast for my Angkor Wat tour the following morning. The room was lovely. I had a king bed, with a sitting area that overlooked the pool. I think I was on the Wander side of the hotel. The toilet was behind one door and the shower was behind another door; outside of which was a sink. The room was well laid out and I was comfortable during my stay. Breakfast was included in my stay; there was a buffet and menu of food items I could choose from. Pub Street was a short distance away. We walked the first night, but it was easier to take a Tuk Tuk. It was nice to be near the hub of activity but not actually in it. The hotel did not take a security deposit; at checkout they needed some time to check the room. The hotel offered taxi service to the airport. All in all, it was a lovely stay.
