Guests have a choice of 236 rooms, including 8 junior suites and suites, located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Great stay at Smiling Hotel in Siem Reap Province province of Cambodia. So beautiful Hotel and the Center of Siem Reap Propince. I was there it is really impression or Relaxing,happy during stay with staff helpful, honest,friendly. I will be back again, @Ren

    Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff was extremely friendly! Very well located on the East side of Siem Reap. Two swimming pools, gym, and a hearty breakfast was included. Street food, restaurants, and tuk tuks available . I will definitely go back in the future. Raúl

    I stayed in December, this year with my spouse Umi for two nights at Smiling Hotel, Siem Reap, Cambodia. It was very comfortable and nice stay. The hotel is located in main city. It is one of the best hotels in Siem Reap due to the following reasons:1. Service at the reception: Good and fast2. Lobby: Well decorated and convenient3. Guest room: Well equipped covering large area with modern accessories such as LCD TV, Safely Locker, AC, Complimentary 2 bottles mineral water daily, Tea/coffee maker, and well equipped Bath room etc;4. Front Desk Staff, Housekeeping staff, Restaurant staffs and other staffs: Very friendly, cheerful, cooperative and professional5. Food: Delicious and Hygienic 6. WI-Fi: Free and works good and available all over the area of hotel building.7. Restaurant: Nice, clean and comfortable8. Plus point of Hotel; Nice pool Bar and 2 Swimming PoolIn all, the stay was fruitful and awesome and a very new experience.     Tell you what, I was easily blown away by arriving at Siam Reap lethargically awaiting to sleep at some generically named hotel. Never would I expect that this "Smiling Hotel" was, in fact, a metropolis of accommodation. With hundreds of rooms, the vacancy is almost always certain. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, truly made sure that I was enjoying my time at Smiling Hotel. The rooms in question are jaw-dropping, with constant room service, interface, TV, mini-fridge, daily water bottles, AC, bath, and shower. This is complemented by either a view of the two enormous pools within or a beautiful view of Siam Reap, especially at night! One downside, however, is the internet connection, which is very sluggish and derails my downtime here a tad bit. Still, I needn't use the internet with so much to offer. I forget that this hotel has a gym, massage place, nail salon and did I mention two pools?If I could summarize this entire hotel by one word/phrase it would be: over the top. This place goes 120% to make sure you have a good stay, and it is not even necessary, as even without some components such as quality food I would still enjoy my stay here.Possibilities are endless here at Smiling Hotel, and if I choose to return to Siam Reap this would be my go to.     thank you so much for your warm welcome sengtry Mr and FOM I was very happy during stayed in your hotel the staff helpful and service mind the breakfast have many choice especially Noodle soup very Yummy there are kid swimming pool but I was missing to take my son swim I recommend this hotel if you have plan to visit Siem Reap.
