Facility

English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Good location, lovely rooms, the front office staff are fantastic. The hotel seemed very quiet so I felt it lacked a vibe. Buffett breakfast was below average and some days the food was stale. The restaurant staff seemed disinterested in serving the few in house guests. The pool bar & spa was not open.

    Location great as quiet but close walk to everything. Staff are delightful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were all so courteous and friendly, liked a chat and the pool bar man was so lovely.     We have just had a marvellous stay at this hotel. Great room and wonderful staff. We also did one of their cooking courses which was entertaining, informative and tasty. A great experience.     Very good rooms and amenities. Excellent service, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home on every area of the hotel. Some shade over the pool would be a welcomed addition as it is very hot in the late afternoon /eveningOur overall experience of the city was very good.. The people are very friendly and happy to help you with directions or give you a lift in their tuk tuks. Pub Street is awsome and the markets are mostly good. We were able to get everything we need within walking distance to the hotel.
