  Beautiful very well located hotel. Check in was efficient and quick welcomed with freak towels & cold drink. The Suite is spacious and clean, when we arrived the Suite was already cold with A/C and that is a nice touch as most hotel wait until you check physically in the Suite. The TV had issue we ask them to fix it while we were by the pool it was done when we came back and on the French channel as I am French a very nice touch even though for some a minor details. I run a Luxury Cruise Company on the Mekong River and many of our guests are staying at this property with always very good comments so I wanted to see by myself before recommending to guests coming. I will have no hesitation of recommending them for perfect manicure service and cleanliness. Thank you for a great stay.

  You’ll Fly at The Aviary!! ?? ??????

  Just spent ten nights at The Aviary Hotel in Siem Reap. We have had a lovely stay. Everything from room comfort to level of service has been top notch.First up, let’s talk about location. It’s perfect. You are not right in the middle of the pub street area but only a mere five minutes away. So all the convenience but none of the noise. Everything is pretty much walking distance. The river, Pub Street, Wat Bo, Sok San road, it’s all close by. The huge Angkor 3 super market is about a six minute stroll where you can stock up on all sorts of things from snacks to premium wine!?? Included in our package was transfer from the airport. The driver was waiting for us as we walked out complete with a name board. It takes about fifty minutes to get to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy and the pleasant reception staff gave us all the info we needed, (Breakfast times, bar and restaurant opening times etc). We also were given ice cold face towels and tea to freshen up.????We were then shown to our room. We were on the third floor in the Sirus Crane suites. Wow! These rooms are amazing. The bed is huge and very comfortable. There is a seperate lounge area with a large couch, and a tea and coffee making area. The bathroom is massive with two basins, a rain shower and hand held spray too. A very big bathtub finishes the space beautifully. The toilet is seperate which is always a plus! ??????. Finally the room has a large balcony with a comfortable nook and tables and chairs. Loved everything about our suite.??????Breakfast consisted of an à la carte choice and some buffet items. Unless you can’t live without a major hotel type buffet breakfast with everything from a bee farm producing fresh honey and bread hand kneaded at the top of Mt Everest, then this was more than adequate??????… Good coffee too????The hotel has a cafe and a Japanese restaurant. We ate at both and were impressed with everything we had. The Flock cafe had amazing coffee and some lovely sweet treats. The Fumizen restaurant was amazing. Sushi was to die for, as well as a myriad of other dishes we had, all delicious! We used the Glide bar a lot too. Some unique cocktails were mixed here and the staff were always smiling and friendly and happy to chat and get involved in some banter.The hotel has two beautiful pools, one on the ground floor surrounded by tropical plants and foliage, and a roof top pool on the third floor which is bigger and less shade but very relaxing.There is a small gym which I used a couple of times, and served a purpose. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was convenient, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our ten day stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again… and I am sure we will ????

  We enjoyed 3 nights in this lovely hotel located within walking distance of the centre of Siem Reap. The hotel is nicely furnished in a modernist style, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel benefits from a couple of nice swimming pools and restaurant. Would recommend.

  Stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. They organised picked up from hotel and guided tours of the temples for us, both of which were seamless and good value for the convenience offered.Am sure there will be cheaper options in Siem Reap but the staff here, the quality of the rooms, the lovely rooftop pool and the central location all made the price worth it for us. The only area for improvement for us was around the breakfast, bit of a random affair. The western options were ok but portions were tiny and a little undercooked every time. The more local options were tasty though and the staff were lovely as with the rest of the hotel.

  Lovely relaxing hotel close to centre

  A lovely hotel in heart of Siem Reap, only 5 min walk to Pub Street and near to markets and shops. Location was main reason we chose this.We had a family suite which turned out to be two adjacent rooms at the end of a corridor. One was a suite and one was a standard room, bed was super comfortable , AC was a little temperamental but worked , very clean , shower great , well equipped room with lovely balcony , really enjoyed relaxing in the room. Breakfast was though a little more average than I expected but it was adequate but not hugely anticipated after first night, we ate at the Japanese restaurant attached which was fine and drank at the flock bar , where muffins and pastries were really good.We used the bigger pool , there are two and this was a lot of fun and very enjoyable .We were able to relax here and it was a great way to end our trip and massages were used as well which allow some of us to destress
