    Wonderful stay in primefold hotel

    We had a wonderful stay at Primefold Hotel. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, the room very clean and well decorated. The breakfast was very good, copious and tasty. We enjoyed the swimming pool after visiting the temples. But above all, the team of the reception and restaurant was exceptional : very kind and particularly friendly! We had a wonderful experience in primefold hotel and definitively come back again!

    Absolutely the best place to stay in Siem Reap. Amazing staff, always kind and helpful, they made us feel like home! Wonderful hotel with spacious and confortable rooms, very close to the city center (5 min. walk) but in a quite zone. Good breakfast and good restaurant service. We loved the swimming pool surrounded by plants&flowers. Perfect place to relax after Temples visits. Don't miss the opportunity to spend time with the lovely people that work there.

    This place feels like a spa hotel. Absolutely beautiful. At check in they provide a refreshing cold drink and banana chips. Anna, who checked us in was so welcoming. She gave us a free room upgrade. We had a 4am early tour to angkor wat and they provided a breakfast package to take. Check out early morning was smooth, unfortunately I can’t remember the guy’s name working that night who checked us out. He gave us a check out gift prepared by Anna that included a personalized card, extra water for our tour and a traditional scarf. He carefully put the scarf on us before we left. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting siem reap

    This Primefold was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. I’ll start with the accommodations. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, there was a shower and a bathtub and a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. It was very quiet and we slept very well every night. Plenty of hangers and places to put clothes. The room had everything we needed. We had breakfast every morning and the food and service are outstanding. The staff was polite, helpful and extremely attentive. The food is well prepared. The highlight of the hotel was the front desk staff, Harry, Mia, Dora & Anna. I would wake up, come downstairs and think, “get prepared for someone to be really nice to me”. Perhaps that sounds strange but in the US, hotel staff sometimes doesn’t even greet the customer. At The Primefold, every morning, it was “good morning, how are you, how did you sleep?” The staff handled everything for us, setting up reservations for a cooking class, transport to the temples, etc. they gave us great recommendations for restaurants. After coming back from our tours, we were offered a refreshing cool face towel. We were always asked how our time was, and what else they could do for us. Unfortunately, I fell at one of the temples and hurt my foot. I went to the hospital because I thought it might be broken. The staff organized a tuk tuk and helped me hobble to the tuk tuk. When I got back, they asked how I was and everyday asked after my health. On Valentine’s Day, the management team invited us to a 3 course meal. We were the only ones. At the end of the meal the manager gave me a rose! I really didn’t think it could get any better but the next day when we checked out, my husband and I were given a gift of a special Cambodian scarf! We took pictures and all the staff walked us outside and stood and waved until we were out of sight. The kindness that we were shown was unbelievable!!!!This was a great place with outstanding people. We have many fond memories. Thank you.

    Our stay at Primefold Hotel was fantastic - the staff went beyond and above to meet our every request. Harry and the front desk were amazing at helping us with everything we needed during our stay. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Although the hotel is located in the very center of Siem Reap, it was peaceful and quiet. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - great value for money.
