  Cambodia and Siem Reap is a feast for the senses, with an amazing but heartbreaking history, fantastic food, and beautiful people.. Phum Baitang is the best place from which to experience this shared magic.. Thoughtfully designed, with all the things you need, and nothing you dont, a beautifully appointed pool villa, impeccably clean, situated in a working rice field.. Food is a highlight, with both western and local options, cocktails watching the sun set are a must.. The service is intuitive, warm, but never intrusive - a hard balance to find, but at Phum Baitang executed perfectly.. We will be back..   I can’t fault Zannier Phum Baitang. The whole experience was exceptional. The attention to detail is exquisitely subtle and unobtrusive, nothing is overlooked. Beauty lies in even the smallest of offerings and artefacts that surround you. The location itself is stunning, the accompanying sounds of wildlife ever present and so welcome. The team, in all areas, have such genuine warmth and willingness to assist and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. Yet again with subtle and unobtrusive intention. My husband and I have since noted our new saying is ‘but it’s not quit Phum Baitang’ Thank you for our perfect, utterly relaxing stay.   As a travel advisor, I’m always looking for properties that offer something genuinely special, and Zannier Phum Baitang is one of those places that really stands out.The setting is incredible — surrounded by lush rice paddies and tropical gardens, it feels completely removed from the busyness of Siem Reap while still being conveniently located for exploring Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples.The design and attention to detail throughout the property are beautiful. It has that wonderful feeling of being luxurious without feeling overly formal or commercial, with a strong sense of place that really reflects Cambodia.The private pool villas are a highlight, offering plenty of space, privacy and a beautiful connection to the surrounding landscape. The service is warm and personal, and the whole property has a very peaceful, understated atmosphere.For clients wanting a luxury Cambodian experience with a real sense of escapism, this is a property I would confidently recommend.   Quite simply a beautiful Spa Hotel. There emphasis on being self sustainable where possible, the menus carefully created along with a hotel set amidst rice fields , it is simply wonderful. Staff are incredibly helpful and constantly smiling. To be back there now looking out over the rice fields from the infinity pool now would be splendid.   From the moment we made our reservation, Ms. Reachny assisted us so smoothly. Her professionalism and warmth immediately put us at ease.Check-in was excellent taking only a few minutes—and Ms. Thida accompanied us to our room. She gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel's amenities, making us feel completely at home. Although we booked a Terrace Villa, she was kind enough to give us a site inspection of the Pool Villa, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciatedThe food and service here are truly world-class.
