Facility

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At breakfast and dinner, guests serves themselves at the generous buffet. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available.

    There is a lot to like about La Passion, especially its location along white sand Saracen Bay, and a pleasant swimming pool area. The grounds are lovely, with interesting trees and vegetation, populated with lizards, butterflies, frogs (sometimes very noisy!) and bird life (mainly hidden). The food was good quality, although the fixed menu was a bit limited over a 5 day stay, especially the vegetarian options. Staff were helpful with luggage, which is transferred along the beach from the jetty to the hotel, while you sit side-saddle alongside it on the tractor platform. They also responded rapidly to queries (for example we had trouble with our hot water initially, which was quickly fixed), but some seemed to be inexperienced and unsure how to respond. We had a good quality room, a sort of chalet with a plunge pool which was cleaned daily. Even so, it was not large and lacked some basics, for example no drawers or even shelves for clothes. The cleaners were very conscientious and efficient, although there was a slightly strange system - you had to leave your room key at reception in order get the cleaning service, even though that meant passing the cheerful cleaning staff who were already just outside your room! My main gripe was about the number of dogs wandering around. These are not confined to the hotel - they lounge and stroll about along the whole length of the beach - but as the hotel is open plan, they frequently wander through the restaurant area while food is being eaten, and you may also find one under your sun lounger! I did wonder about the hygiene situation. I counted some 20+ dogs, scratching themselves constantly (fleas?), and of course they will be needing to poo somewhere too. A bit off-putting.

    My stay at La Passion by Achariyak was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price they charge. For a resort that markets itself as premium, the experience was far below even basic expectations.Poor Service & Undertrained StaffThe service throughout my stay was one of the worst I’ve experienced in Cambodia. The staff were clearly undertrained, uncoordinated, and not helpful. Every request felt like a burden to them, and there was no sense of hospitality at all.Limited Breakfast & Overpriced FoodThe breakfast selection was very limited, especially for the price of the resort.Lunch, dinner, and the seafood menu were also overpriced, with quality that did not match the cost.Transportation Problems (Only 1 Buggy Working)The resort only had one buggy available because the other two were broken — and they simply refused to fix them. This caused long waiting times just to move around the property. For a resort at this price point, this is unacceptable.Terrible Room Service ExperienceRoom service was another disaster.Food took a very long time to be delivered.After finishing the meal, the staff refused to collect the dishes, leaving them outside the room for several days.This is not just poor service — it’s unhygienic.

    First i come here I had amok seafood and my husband had seabass fillet both of that kind of food is very delicious , the staff was very attentive the hotel is good location in the island,We hope we can be back in the next year or another time thank for everything,
