  Would give this 0 stars if that was possible. We booked this hotel for one night between a Koh Rong stay and a flight. The booking was made by our travel agent and confirmed by the hotel.We turned up and got told, via Google translate that they are no longer open to the public, have not received money for our stay (despite them confirming the booking) and that the hotel was now only for private use of the boss. We were then told to leave!Do not book this hotel - you will be turned away!

  Stayed here for 2 nights, booked by travel company ; new buildings poorly finished , lots of construction happening immediately adjacent to the hotel. Bathroom smelt of drains and toilet became blocked . I reported this and when I returned to my room after a day out the toilet was unblocked but they had left my door wide open ! No staff or barrier to the annex building we were staying in, so anyone could have wandered into my room.Not impressed.

  they have acquired a nice property, not an establishment which offers hospitality. BIG difference. they are dishonest about facilities and shameless about it too. for what they offer they are very, very expensive. avoid!

  Stayed here for two nights in the low season. The staff were helpful but the quality of the hotel was not very good. For the cost, the value did not meet the standards that are portrayed. Two of us stayed in a twin room which was actually in a separate building next door, which we found out had finished construction a week ago. The rest of the complex is also under construction for expansion. It was easy to tell with the strong construction material smell that stunk out the place and the average finishing quality. The room was full of small flies and we awoke covered in bites. The aircon unit was located above my bed and through the night it would 'spit' drops of water on my face that I had to sleep at the reverse end of the bed. The building was also next to a loud restaurant and sound proofing was not good and kept us up late. There was also a power outage but it would appear that the whole area was affected so that is not the hotel's fault, but more of a reflection of the 'in progress' state of the broader Sihanoukville area. The only upside was an easy walk to Otres beach which had a couple of nice restaurant spots for a sunset, but may be worth staying at a place closer to the beach.

  Overpriced and not worth the 4star rating

  This resort is definitely overpriced as so unluckily during my stay, the power was cut off and there isn’t any power generator to backup. The room are not soundproof which you can clearly heard noises from outside. The place are nowhere near the beach and not much amenities nearby.
