    Don't stay here they charge to much for the rooms and the longer you stay the higher they charge for the rooms, the pool and hot tub were not in operation with not discount consideration

    Bedding wasn't washed between guests. Two rooms both had dirty bedding. Countertops had toothpaste and were sticky...

    Our family stayed at the Super 8 in Abbotsford for an entire month while our home was being renovated (two young kids—3 and 4—plus our dog), and it honestly worked out so well. What could’ve been a stressful stretch was made so much easier because the hotel had the things that matter for families.The pool and waterslide were a daily highlight — the kids absolutely loved it. The continental breakfast being ready every morning was a huge help, and having guest laundry available on-site made a long stay way more manageable. On top of that, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, parking was convenient, and the location is great with lots of nearby restaurants and quick access to everything.I’ve seen some people complain and I genuinely don’t understand it. I have high expectations, and for the price, this place is fantastic value. We’d absolutely stay here again.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Terrible customer service. We stayed there for 3 nights (supposed to be 4 but they failed to book it properly) so when we came back to chill in the room, we were handed our bags (packed up by staff) only to find out that $300 in cash was also missing. We were accused of smoking in the room, which we didn't. We have 6 charges (all different amounts) totalling $1200. The front desk staff are ALL ill equipped to do their jobs, they are rude, and lack customer service skills. I still haven't heard from management to explain this lack of experience and to have all the issues rectified. Very disappointed and would never recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

    It was horrible the breakfast was barely breakfast the pool was dirty I saw a chunk of hair in there and the hot tub was closed and I heard I guy complained that there was Algee on his shower handle oh and the tv only has one Chanel DO NOT GO HERE i would rather pay the extra 20 bucks for the nice place down the road
