    Hotel is easy on and off the main highway. The bathroom was quite small with a tiny vanity, but still, it was decorated nicely with this in mind. The room was clean although there did seem to be a smell of some sort coming from the pillows or bedding - like a disinfectant or something - I found it unpleasant but it didn't bother everyone. Check in was fast. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. One note - the door to the room did not automatically close all the way so be sure to push on it to make sure it latches. Your mention of the door automatic closure, I have mentioned this in the past and I was informed that either is slowly gently close not always latching or the door will aggressively slam.     This is a very well managed and clean restful and comfortable stay. The grounds keeper Ron, is worth taking a moment to say hi, he has humor and a excellent work ethic. These grounds and vegetation are well kept. The front desk people are very friendly, informative and helpful. The breakfast has been enjoyed daily, shout out to the breakfast team member Sandra.     This is the best hotel ever and the only one I will ever stay at in Sault Ste Marie! The staff is absolutely amazing , you are treated like family, we were down for a emergency medical stayed the first time for 7 days, a week later for a few and last week for 1. The staff understand my Mom has dementia and are wonderful with her! They ask about my dad everytime and take the time to acknowledge my Mom! Clean and the food is very good too!     The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable if a bit compact. The location was convenient to amenities and easy to enter and exit.
