  Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked ok, but did not cool down fast. Beds are comfortable and rooms quite. Nice breakfast area and everything was kept well stocked. Would stay here again

  Clean and comfortable but missing on a few points

  The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. A negative associated with our room was that every time someone went in or out the back door of the hotel, we could hear the door slam. It was just the other side of the bedroom wall where the headboard was located. I think staff use this door to come in to work. Smokers went in and out this door at all hours. It did not make for a restful experience. The food at breakfast was plentiful, and staff assured that it was available, refilling containers as they emptied. However, I would have appreciated a healthier variety of bread (whole grain or multi grain instead of white bread).

  Old Smoke, New Bites, No Parking

  Stayed Aug 20–21, 2025 in Room 703.We checked in around 1:30 a.m. (the 21st) and were out by 10:30 a.m.We both woke up with bed bug bites. Great souvenir for a 9 hour stay that cost me $155. 🙄The place felt frozen in time, like the furniture’s been there since day one, and it smelled like very old cigarette smoke. The air in our room was heavy and stale until the AC did overtime.Parking? Basically zero. We parked at the front doors like valet… minus the valet.Check in was smooth, but nobody mentioned breakfast hours, so we missed itI’ve asked for a full refund and written proof that Room 703 and the rooms next, above, and below are pulled from service, professionally inspected and treated, and cleared before reuse.If we have to bring exterminators into our homes because of this, that’s hundreds to thousands times two, way more than one night.This isn’t a “sorry for the inconvenience” moment, fix it properly and put it in writing.Photos attached for clarity.   Very friendly staff.Clean rooms and linen.10 minute walking distance to river front attractions, and Casino. Fair free breakfast. Fair value.   Not so nice Quality Inn

  The not so Quality Inn is a dump. We stayed there for two nights and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The outside is in shambles with a broken door and trash around everywhere. The place is so outdated it is a joke. The breakfast was also terrible. Management is trying to get as much money out of the place as possible so they can take trips around the world. Please hire a security guard to protect customer’s cars from the bums shooting up in the parking lot. We will never stay in a not so quality inn again.
