    This hotel was lovely. The room was well appointed! Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Comfortable bed. Clean, fresh. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, lots of breads, cereals, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, fresh fruit! Staff was great, location was great.

    This is a good location to stop when stopping in Baie Comeau for the night. Even without reservations it was a decent check in pace. There is no elevator in the hotel. This is one of those hotels in which it's time for an upgrade or make over. Just old decor and the addition of ports for new electronic is needed. Our room was clean and reasonably quiet as expected.

    We booked this hotel for Sunday July 28th 2019. We needed to change the date to the next day. We started @ 8 am to change the date . We called the hotel directly . Tried numerous times only to be put on hold . So I tried again and stayed on hold for 51 minutes to no avail. Still no one picked up. My husband was also trying numerous times on his phone. . We finally called the 1 877 number. They changed our date. But my credit card was still charged for me being there Sunday night. When we went there and told them what happened . They said oh well . The manger was sitting in the back at the front desk . No apology nothing .That is what upset us the most. A simple apology is worth your weight in gold. They charged us Sunday rate and not Mondays . This hotel was definitely not worth 195.00 Will never stay at another comfort in again. We stayed at a Best Western that is twice the hotel and didn't pay this outrageous amount. Yes I did sign the paper. But will never do it again.

    Going downhill fast

    I reviewed this place last summer, but given our most recent stay I definitely have to leave an updated review. Furniture is old, worn, and some of it damaged. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Rooms are extremely damp. It was not a good night’s rest. We stayed twice this month and paid just over $230 each time for a one-night stay in a pet-friendly room. I do not consider it good value for money and will definitely try alternate accommodations in the area next time we pass through.

    We went to this hotel for a work trip. The room were spaceful and well decorated. The service was also good and friendly. The negative points is that they have no elevator at all in the place and the breakfast is not tasty at all. Ok place.
