    Upon checking in, I was informed of a “massive scheduled power outage” that was supposed to affect the entire region from 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM. This immediately raised concern for me as I require a CPAP machine to sleep at night.After doing some research of my own, I discovered that this was not a region-wide outage, but rather a very limited one affecting only about 350 customers. I called the front desk right away and requested a refund, since I had been in the hotel for less than an hour and the power issue made the stay unsuitable for my medical needs. My request was denied.Because of this, I decided to leave and booked a room down the street at the Hampton Inn instead.Overall, I was extremely disappointed—not just by the misleading explanation of the outage, but also by the lack of understanding and flexibility when I requested a refund under the circumstances.

    Very clean and comfortable rooms. In a good location, close to restaurants and shopping. Check in and out were easy. Purchasing drinks from reception is very expensive so bring beverages with you.
