    first time at Bathurst Best Western - and Josh!

    I used to stay at the Atlantic Host but last few visits the rooms were not kept up to any standard. I gave them two chances before seeking alternatives.This trip I stayed at the Best Western and was greeted warmly. So refreshing after a long 14 hour drive. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable.Breakfast was available in the morning and the restaurant attached (the District) provided a mouth watering menu. The food was delectable.My outstanding impression was solely contributed by the night desk attendant, Josh. He was absolutely attentive, recognized my apprehension of attending a new location in an unfamiliar territory. He was so reassuring that any issue I should call down and he would be there, no worries.He assured me he would watch my car, which was parked out front. He was so pleasant and mornings were always greeted with a warm smile and “how was you day yesterday?”Best Western, you had better invest in this young lad. He is a gem and you have him in the palm of your hand. I will return to your clean, friendly facility in the future and definitely look forward to seeing Josh again. He made my visit to the Best Western so enjoyable and comforting. Thank youLinda

    This is a great hotel. The breakfast was everything you would want and more. Clean, friendly staff and an eating establishment right connected to the building that is a little above bar type food.

    Good Hotel in Bathurst

    The hotel is in the heart of the city with included parking and hot breakfast. The staff were kind, especially, Andrew who was helping when we had breakfast. We were told they have a guest laundry; we saw a gym and a pool in good condition. We didn’t like the colors in the room (too dark so it looks outdated) despite we see they have been remodeled. The beds were comfortable with a clean bathroom, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Photos show our view which shows a little bit of the waterfront. You see more a top roof. We recommend it.

    Clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast carefully prepared by an nice person! Good location but a loud heating and ventilation measured at 55-60dB at 60Hz going on and off all night! Loved the organic shampoo, conditioner and soap, body location would be appreciated, too.

    I have been staying at the BW in Bathurst, NB for several years now for my business travel. The service has always been excellent. The room are nice and clean, with super comfortable beds and plenty of big pillows, which is great for my sleep. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.
