Location

On the shores of Belleville's Bay of Quinte, this hotel is approximately 32 kilometres from Tyendinaga Indian Reserve & Trading Post and is just minutes from various local activities and attractions, including theatres, shopping malls, and golf courses.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 124 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Stay away! We didn’t check the reviews before booking this hotel and we absolutely should have. The room was dirty with old worn out furniture and had a strong musty smell. The overall condition was very poor: the closet didn’t even have proper doors, just a curtain, and there were obvious, low-quality repairs throughout the room that made it feel like it was falling apart.The shower water had a yellow tint. The bedsheets looked old and worn, and we genuinely questioned whether they had been changed before our arrival.Overall, the entire hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. It’s clear that it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time, and it really needs significant cleaning and renovations. I would not recommend staying here.     Great hotel. Stayed here quite a few times. Got a suite but the room we got wasnt as shown in photos when booking. WiFi issues. pool was great. lots of restaurants and other things to do.     I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ranada Belleville, the staff is warm. Mr. Khan was very helpful, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable with all the amenities. Free wifi.     Thoroughly Disappointed

    I left another review upon checking out, however to reiterate the hotel was unclean and there were lots of bugs. The staff was rude when I initially called to inquire about booking a conference room and told me that finding amenities in the area would be “something I’d need to look up on my own”, which I’ve NEVER experienced with any hotel. Upon arrival the room was 85 degrees and the thermostat could not be used to control the heat so we had to open the door to cool ourselves. There was dirty crumpled paper towels in the closet area and sunflower seeds inside the telephone cradle. The TV was unable to connect to mirroring or other advertised functions. We had one day where literally half the room was cleaned (1 bed was left unmade and desk and garbage were not cleaned). The second day the beds were made, but dirty towels were removed but no clean ones were replaced. I am flabbergasted that our family just spent over $800 for such subpar accommodations. We will never stay at a Ramada again and I will be following up with management this week.
