    We booked this hotel for our daughter’s birthday. I messaged the hotel and only gave one hours notice if I could have a bottle of wine in her room ready for her and her friends. They went above and beyond for this request !!!!! This hotel is highly recommended! Thank you again !     We had a great experience at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Belleville. We were a party of 12 golfers who spent the weekend there. All the staff especially Arwa and Sahithi went out of their way to make us feel special and comfortable. They were cheery, polite, professional and respectful to us.Sahithi went out of her way and made chocolate chip cookies for us on 2 different days, we didn't ask for them at all, she just baked them out of her goodness of her heart. These 2 special ladies went out of their way to make us feel special. KOI Golfers.     We stay at this hotel once or twice a year for a girl's casino/vineyard weekend. It is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. We were a bit nervous seeing 3 hockey teams in house when we arrived, and we did hear some running in the hallways in the afternoon and evening, but overall everything was quiet and under control by 9pm. Breakfast was included, we didn't make use of the pool this time, but we've always loved it in the past.     BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE TO DATE

    Best hotel experience I have had in a while. From the moment we walked in, fast line up to check in, friendly, no threats of being kicked out if we do this or do that, gave us all the information we needed for the weekend and room was ready early and clean! We were there for a hockey tournament and instead of being threatened by a team coming in, they embraced us and made sure we had what we needed to keep the team happy and not cause any issues. They offered us a conf. room so we could watch the Jays game and had a "home base" for the team to meet. Michael, manager and all the staff, were incredible. They even looked on the cameras, in the parking lots, to ensure that cars were not being broken into. Top class and fully recommend.     We booked on the go. Very welcoming right from the first minute I called. A very warm reception upon arrival. Lovely newer building away from the city center. So quiet. It is beside the casino, not a sound from it! Pet friendly. The staff were all lovely and welcoming for pets and owners lol. The facility was clean and well appointed. everything you need just like home. There was a full patio with multiple BBQs for families to cook there own meals. Full kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable and fresh. Lovely large shower. Very clean!Breakfast was very good. Coffee was hot and lots of food variety. Everything kept refilled and fresh.
