    It was just fine. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. The hot tub was not very hot, nor very clean. Nothing to write home about.

    Toilet was very low for people over 6ft and the bathroom very small. Toilet didn't flush properly and the handle stuck. We only had 3 pillows for 2 people, only one teabag so had to ask for more. The tap water tasted disgusting so bought water from vending machine which was $3.00 for a small bottle which is a rip off. The worst part was the room was stupidly hot and the AC unit would shut off on its own after 30 mins which was a problem when trying to sleep! So we did not sleep much at all. Also there were kids running up and down the hallway which was noisy! Then lastly the TV only gave very basic channels, most of the good ones needed a subscription which the hotel did not have!All in all it was a horrible night and we're glad to leave without breakfast because we just wanted to get the hell out of there!!! We do have larger bathrooms in our renovated rooms that provide more room and taller amenities if you choose to stay again please ask for a large bathroom and our front desk will accommodate. if you experience any room issues all of our front desk are able to provide a solution to any problem, sometimes when guests flush twice very fast they accidentally loosen the handle. We do provide 3 pillows per bed for all rooms in the hotel, we do have extras available for guests who prefer more and we are happy to provide more. We do provide water, tea and coffee 24 hours at the coffee bar and we have filtered water in the fitness area for guests. To work our PTAC system a temperature has to be set, if the temperature is met it will automatically turn on and off every 30 minutes to maintain the temperature, if you need assistance our front desk know how to control them and can help set a comfortable temperature. if there are other guests disturbing you please inform the front desk as they can confront the issue on your behalf for a better and comfortable stay. I apologize again for the disturbances you had faced during your stay, thank you for your time.

    Quick overnight stay

    Simple hotel, good for a night of rest as we drove through. Felt like it was in a little bit of a sketchy area. Arrived around 10pm and they have 2 security guards hanging out in the lobby/breakfast area. Security guards also present when we checked out in the morning. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. We got a room with a balcony. Drank the complimentary coffee on the balcony in the morning.     Standard motel room… nothing to write home or a review about… the only thing questionable was the mould in the bathtub faucet handle…It is clear plastic and you can see all the mould growing inside of it - which js kind of gross.The free breakfast was a bit of let down.. were those eggs that were supposed to look like the egg in a McMuffin sandwich?     The hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. They only have two stars, but deserve way more. Definitely I would recommend it to anybody who values good service, cleanliness, very professional staff, and nice breakfast.
