  Middle entry way dirty, leaves. I walk into the room, there is a dirty black rag of a mat on the floor with turned up sides. The desk chair is falling over itself and the TV remote is not working.Called they replaced them both. Looks like a spit on the mirror at the desk. The smoke detector has a sandwich bag over it. The washroom light doesn't work, just flashes. There's something beeping like a dead battery in the corridor. The Wifi stalled out, only giving 1Mbps, so like dial up. Figured out the insert in the coffee machine was the wrong way round. It would fill up.A barely warm shower and be careful to avoid the potholes at the entrance. Bed, good. Breakfast, good. Never again.

  Saw bug on bed, removed sheets to find a disgusting mattress with dirt, stains and bugs on it. Told the front desk would not be stayed and requested a refund, they refused to refund and said they would provide another room, after seeing the cleanliness standards and bugs in the first room who would want to stay here? keep being informed someone will call us back yet no one has. Very gross do not stay here.

  ⚠️ Worst experience ever!!! We were in an accident on the 401 just after midnight, and on the advice of our tow truck driver, we booked this hotel. When we arrived around 2:00 a.m., the employee, Arpan Deep, told us she had spoken with the manager, Dave Wood, on the phone. We were informed that because we booked after midnight, we would be charged for two nights—non-refundable.We paid for one night, but when Arpan opened our room, she said it was too dirty and not ready. She had no one who could clean it. Instead of correcting the issue or offering another solution, she told us to leave and go to another hotel. No refund! After going through a stressful accident and being stranded in an unfamiliar city at 2 a.m., this was beyond unacceptable.In the end, we paid for one night, were charged for two, were refused a refund or discount, and weren’t even provided a usable room.To make matters worse, the owner, Bhagwant Parmar, recently changed the hotel’s name from Days Inn to Regal Inn in order to bury years of bad reviews. Both he and manager Dave Wood should be ashamed of how this hotel treats people in emergencies.⚠️ Do not book here—especially if you are from out of town or in an emergency. This hotel is completely out of touch with how to treat guests.

  Not worth the money saved

  Room was dated (but clean) and weird set up with sink right next to door. The bed was HORRIBLE -- you could tell from first looking at it that there was no support. It would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car than the bed. The TV was old and not HD so channels didn't fit well in screen. TV also too high as bed was non supportive so you sit low. Realize TV not a deal breaker but when it is winter and you are confined to the room for the night you want to be able to comfortable watch TV and enjoy it -- especially when paying over $150 for the night.Breakfast was bland....little options available. Enough to hold you over until you got to a Tim Hortons.Very loud hotel...no sound proofing in walls. Felt like walking on a wooden plank down main floor hall as it was just loud under your feet. Could hear everyone around you. Doesn't help hockey tournament on so kids running in halls (which I didn't mind as a hockey dad) so if you like a quite place to relax this is not the one for you.Receptionist was overwhelmed at check in. There was a hockey tournament on in town (explains the inflated prices that night) and check in was slow. No friendly greeting at all and just went through the steps.I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for somewhere worth your money. I opted for this place due to budget restraints and now I am wishing I had spent a little more for something better.

  DO NOT GO AVOID AT ALL COSTS this place sucks it smells like weed and it’s so sketchy there’s pee all over the toilets If I could give negative stars I would. All the employes were very rude especially you Christina she gave me a towel with poop on it
