    We were in Smithers for work and had a great stay at the Prestige Hotel. We requested a quiet room, and the front desk placed us far from the elevator, exactly as asked. Every time we walked through the lobby, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with guests-it created a really positive atmosphere.Our room looked recently updated and was immaculately clean. The carpet was plush, the bed was cosy, and the pillows felt new. It was a comfortable, quiet space to come back to after long days.We ate at the hotel pub both nights, and the food was tremendous. The service was warm and down-to-earth, and Hani, our server, really elevated the experience with his charm and attentiveness. The whole restaurant team seemed to truly like their jobs, and it showed in how hospitable they were.A clean, quiet, friendly stay with excellent food... exactly what we needed while working in town.

    Floor was dirty I had to lay a towel down on the floor near the bathroom, it looked like something had been dripped all over the floor. The bed was so saggy and I had lifted the covers and moved in before I noticed or I would've asked to change rooms. The drain in the sink was so clogged with crud I couldn’t run the water in the sink. Found a couple of black hairs in the bathtub. Thumping above and doors slamming are pretty typical in a hotel but compounded with everything else, I was at my limit. The hotel staff were friendly, I will say that but for $300+ a night Won’t be recommending this hotel.

    I recently went from Alaska to southern BC and stayed at the Prestige in Smithers. Overall it was a very nice spot to stay the night, I arrived late so the dining was closed, but the front desk was very professional and helpful, the room was clean and well laid out, it was a good value and I liked it was separated from main highway by an access road so it was quieter than hotels closer to the main road. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.     Nice clean hotel

    This is a nice clean hotel in Smithers. All the staff , from the front counter to the cleaning staff were very friendlyThe rooms are spacious and beds comfortable There are two restaurants attachedThe only thing noticeable are the upper floors are a bit creaky. I would definitely stay there again

    Another nice hotel during our adventure in Canada. A low rise building where some rooms may have a reasonaable view. We overlooked the rear car park.One night here so nothing more than a stop over.Staff friendly and helpful and we had a nice meal here too.Room was comfortable with an excellent bed - again. All 10 of the hotels we stayed in had great beds. I have stayed in a few, suposedly luxury hotels in other countries and the beds have been awful.
