    I have stayed at many best westerns and this is a happening place close to downtown but a bit from the airport. The staff was super. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. I dare say they seemed to like their job and took pride in doing quality work Highly recommended this hotel.

    We stayed here for five nights around a visit to have a surgery at the nearby hospital. The hotel is very well set up for accessibility needs, is clean and has good food, all pluses, but mostly it is the staff who made it an excellent experience. Responsive, kind and yet non-intrusive, in every interaction.

    medical trip, as always top notch staff. Rooms were clean, breakfast not bad, I am a bacon guy. Location is always a big part far us and fair price.

    Good hotel with clean and well maintained rooms, very close to foothills hospital. Very good full breakfast that is included , we had dinner at the grill one night food was good and well priced , under ground parking that’s included. All staff I had contact with were helpful, they offer a compassionate rate for those that have loved ones in the hospital, we would not hesitate to come back.

    It's actually a good hotel building with good rooms, decent breakfast, and underground parking. That being said, I wouldn't stay here again as staff are careless with guest security and privacy. I left my room in the morning and didn't return until the evening. Housekeeping staff entered my room to make up my room, made one bed (both had been used), and then left, leaving my door wide open. It was only by chance that someone who I was traveling with went back to their room and saw that my door was open. They secured my room, but don't know how long it was open for as they were back in the late afternoon. When staff were asked about it, they denied even going into the room and said it wasn't a big issue as nothing was taken from the room. If you value privacy and security, perhaps select an alternative hotel.
