    Criminal Business Practices

    They accused me of smoking in the room because i had an empty package in the garbage and stole my deposit of $500. Charged me an extra $32.70 for paying with debit instead of credit. Room smelled like mildew. Water quit working in the morning while i was shower luckily I wasn’t lathered in soap and shampoo. Unfortunately it seems like stealing is thier actual business model the bars around the front desk make so much sense in hindsight. Basically what was supposed to be a 47 dollar night stay turned into almost $580. Have been trying to talk to manager for days now but they only gave me email to contact. This place is criminal avoid staying here at all costs. I phoned the police while in was in the lobby but while i was on hold they kicked me out of the lobby and sent me a written notice of trespassing on my phone stating that if i returned i would be trespassing. Nothing like this has happened to me at any other hotel i stayed at and i travel often. I am still in disbelief but after reading about other people’s experiences at this establishment it is obvious this is their mode of operation.     Money rip off place

    It was the worst rip off place I visited wanted extra 500 kept 30 extra for transferring my money back to me charged 5 dollars because I used a face cloth all they had to do laundering, tried to cancel when they said there charging me 30 dollars more ,already paid on them,internet, would of kept the my money already paid ,never ever would give one star,its minus 5 Guest Services, Guest Services / Front Office at Canadas Best Value Inn Calgary Chinook Station, responded to this review Dear Brad,We're sincerely sorry to hear that you didn't have a good time with us.     Hotel from Hell

    Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. They state rooms $ cheap online, however they charge $160. The entrance gross and the office is behind a cage. The office area is so outdated, the room smelt like mold and the air conditioner barely ran. Bedding and furniture were old and dirty. When , a complaint was made. I was asked to leave the hotel. Staff extremely rude and abruptly told to leave. My stay costed me $700 as they don’t return money or deposit. Stay away from hotel, it’s a scam as the pics look online are all Old. Rude !!!     Very bad experience , the staff is rude and difficult to deal with, I was informed by another guest that bed bugs were present in the hotel.
