    My 12-year-old German Shepherd and I stayed 4 days in this beautiful city. Zarmina was incredibly warm & attentiveI needed some assistance with the waffle maker in the breakfast hall, she didn’t hesitate to step in and offer a hand. She also informed me that there was a strawberry waffle option tooThe staff here go above & beyond to make sure that you have the best experience!Remus Oak & I will be back soon!!

    We were very disappointed with the attitudes of front desk attendant (Victoria) She was very rude and unknowledgeable. We tried to contact with GM via email and text massages, but she never replied. I wound not recommend this hotel to anyone. We came on our vacation with family. Very unhelpful AND RUDE. Hotel Manager, Owner at Comfort Inn & Suites, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback, but we do not have anyone on staff with that name and I do not see a reservation in your name. Perhaps you were booked at a different hotel? As the GM I do not give out my cell number, so there was no way for you to text me, and I am a man, not a woman, so I think you are mistaken where you stayed, but thank you you for letting us know what service other hotels in the area provide so we can be sure not to follow their example.

    gave away our room so at 1030 we had to take different room...no refund for the change. Frozen mufgins and bagels...awful Hotel Manager, Owner at Comfort Inn & Suites, responded to this review All reservations are held until 3am when we close the business day. I have looked and cannot find any reservation for your name, cancelled or otherwise, in our system. Are you sure you had booked with us and not another hotel?

    The hotel is a bit dated. A coat of paint and carpet cleaning in the rooms would spruce it up nicely. Strange 4 wee pillows on the bed but it was clean and comfortable.     Clean, airy rooms(with windows that actually open). The surroundings were quiet allowing us to sleep with the windows open. Friendly staff! Thanks, Desiree, for having a room for my sisters and I ready before check in time. The close access to stairs at the end of the hall was a bonus! I wanted to print up my early check in at the airport, and the staff helped with that, as well.Very good selection of breakfast items over the two days that we spent there.
