Called ahead to book main floor room by pool. Arrived and told to go to 2nd floor. Not suitable... they later put us in a main floor room but air flow fan from heating system making terrible racket. Maintenance came... cannot fix as he was ending his shift. Was impossible to sleep with racket. No discount offered. This was to be my holiday and so disappointed in service. Left for another hotel. Entrance chairs in lobby absolutely filthy as well. Never going back.

Wonderful experience during stay...Spacious room...temp. control...pull-out sofa bed...gym, pool & hot-tub...and breakfast included, great staff...Mona, Indra and Parman were warm & wonderful!

Even though this hotel is very busy it seems to be quite popular and it is very quiet. The food is fantastic. The staff is good knowledgeable. The room is clean. Very happy.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good , it just gets a little crazy and cramped. Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. There is complementary coffee in the lobby.The room was comfortable. We had an upgrade to a suite which was nice. It would be a good option if you were travelling with children.Unfortunately, the A/C is not very good in the room so when it is we stay somewhere else .All in all that is our only complaint.
