    Extremely friendly and helpful staff, Clean rooms. Beautiful outdoor hot tub, pool open late. Couldn’t ask for better for the price. Good breakfast spread.

    OKish. Not worth the $$. The gym equipment (cables, leg press, etc) did not work. The only usable equipment was the treadmill and free weights. Very disappointed.

    The room we were put in to was right next to the elevator so we went back down and asked to be moved. We were told that the hotel was full and we could use it or the they would cancel the reservation. Being late in the evening on a long weekend we of course stayed. Entering the room it had a queen bed, not the king that I had booked. There was only 1 bed side table and to shut the bathroom door you had to slide in between the toilet and the counter!!!! On top of that the bed was super hard and had 3 squarish shaped pillows. On check out the front desk staff was confused because our name did not match who was supposed to be in that room! What an awful stay and I will not be staying there again. My husband is a diamond points member and that was not worth the $300 they charged us!

    The staff is really gentle and nice. Philippines people are awesome.Amenities like the pool and hot tub are incredible. Continental breakfast is a must, so good to start the day with such an amazing breakfast, it fills with energy right away.

    Clean and friendly hotel, but for rates paid upkeep and renovations are lacking. Pool is not recommended and Hot tub advertised is not built yet. Breakfast is good and beds are clean and of average comfort. Meeting room was hot and stuffy and needs AC or fans.
