Terrible your front desk manager rude can’t handle being asked a simple question witnessed by tons of regulars

Gavin is a horrible front desk manager can’t answer a question walks away from the costumer when asked a question should not have a job in this service should probably have a attitude adjustment

Stayed here for business and it wasn't the best place I've stayed. The covered parking seemed like it was crumbling and felt sketchy. When you walk in, there is a bar/lounge that was playing loud music and is full of VLTs. It was very busy with people at the machines. The front desk staff were friendly. The first room I was given smelled heavily of carpet perfume and I couldn't stand it. I asked to be moved to a different room and the next one smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Not wanting to move again I opted to stay there. The room looked onto a back alley with overflowing dumpsters and an old toilet just hanging out. My colleague moved rooms because her balcony door would not lock and she felt uncomfortable being so close to the alley with an unlockable door. It was a cheaper hotel but I would spend more next time to stay someone more comfortable.

Great Staff, Amazing Lounge Staff. Just a really clean and comfortable place to stay, and the Location is Awesome. Covered parking was nice to keep the car cool and out of the Sun. Extremely affordable prices compared to other places. You just need to check into the Airdrie Days Inn when in Airdrie.

very pleasant experience for two nights staff were top notch including the check-in guy Nishit what an angel of a human being very warm and friendly and accommodating. food is very good too and taste superb the day check-in woman is awesome God bless her. my room was in third floor the king size bed very quiet.overall a very good experience will come back again.

Good stay, great staff. Collette in the breakfast room was wonderful. Room needs a little fixing.

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but smelt of old tobacco use. Had to call for a different hairdryer due to the one in the room over heating and shutting off. The bath tub caulking needs redoing, not professionally done in the first place and now is peeling off. Maybe consider a larger shower curtain because of leaking around the ends when showering. Lots of water on the floor.
