Location

Less than 10 km from the vibrant city centre, the hotel offers convenient access to key shopping and entertainment areas, as well as major Calgary attractions and business districts. With the complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service guests can travel conveniently to and from Calgary International Airport (YYC), which is less than 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 185 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. With kayaking or, for a fee, water skiing, motorboat rides and canoeing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, billiards, bowling and callisthenics or, for a fee, squash and aerobics. A wellness area with a spa is available at the hotel.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

    We have had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it for sure. Rooms are great. Beds comfortable, and pillows good. Service at hotel was also very good and anything we needed was provided.

    I booked a trip to Calgary on Expedia. They wouldn’t honour my reservation, give me a room. Leaving me stranded in Calgary. I can’t afford to book somewhere else., I had to fly directly back to Vancouver running my trip and I had to pay 458$ for an extra flight. Causing me a lot of stress and anxiety.

    The staff here are as sweet as the free cookies they hand out at check-in. The staff service is terrific (including the waiters at the restaurant) : they are helpful, diligent, patient and pleasant. The common spaces and rooms are clean and modern. I especially enjoyed the fact that my room had a balcony and I could enjoy the view of the Rockies every morning. The free cookies are delicious by the way.

    My room wasn’t ready at 4 PM that I digitally key checked into however I called the hotel and they switched an upgraded me, which was amazing. The balcony was definitely appreciated. This is my third day at this hotel and definitely my go to when I stay in Calgary. Great location.
