The holiday village has a lift and features 55 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (for a fee).     Checked in to hotel late Feb 23, 2026. Booked in person at front desk, was quoted a rate 88.29 tax included. Credit Card was charged a 188.29 was told that the 100 dollars was for amenities and would be credited back after check out. Well after check out my card was credited only 88.29 and not the 100 dollars.

    It was a very poor experience bed linen with a bad odour Airconditioner making rattling sound wash door couldn’t close due swollen wood , dining area congested

    Horrible customer service

    I had horrible customer service from Paul at reception. He was rude and unhelpful and actually seemed to go out of his way to be obnoxious. I made a reservation for my sister and he decided that because of "Hotel policy" he would not accept her photo ID. Even though the reservation was pre-paid he refused to let her check in. When I provided confirmation number etc. he refused to accept them, all the while clearly enjoying the fact that this was extremely inconvenient and distressing for us.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever had to deal with. Avoid this place like the plague. Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful and seem to go out of their way to make your stay as miserable as possible. Paul at the front desk was extremely rude to everyone in our party. Will never use this hotel again.

    I’ve been travelling for 40 years - this is the worst motel that I ever encountered!

    Motel is currently undergoing renovations. We checked in at 3:00 pm. The pet friendly room assigned to us was right in the middle on the work/construction zone. The front desk phoned around 3:30 to ask if everything was in good order in our room. We said that it seemed okay but there was a lot of noise. They assured me that the work would stop at 5:00 pm. It did - but it started again after midnight in the room right above ours. I tried to get back to sleep and finally at 3:30 am I called the front desk to complain. He said he would take care of it. The noise stopped. By this time I’m wide awake and our dog was pacing around the room. So I took the dog out. I came back in and decided to take a shower. NO HOT WATER!I told the front desk about it upon checking out - he couldn’t have cared less.I will never ever step foot inside this motel again.
